I love to give my husband a BJ, but I have a pretty strong gag reflex.
What I find helps is to:
Get some flavoured lube and use one of my hands to rub the bottom of his shaft and his balls, while I suck/lick the top of his dick - this way I only take his whole shaft in occasionally and he still gets the pleasure but I keep my gagging under control.
When he's just about to come, if you press your thumb firmly on the top side of his shaft right at the base by his balls, he will still orgasm but nothing will come out. Feels good for him and it's much better for me!
