How to Put on a Cock RingCock rings are one of the simplest sex aids around. Cock rings work by preventing blood from flowing back down the penis, which in turn helps to make erections feel harder and last longer than normal, making your enjoyment last longer and orgasm more likely.

Gentle and safe, cock rings are a great alternative to libido enhancing pills and delay sprays.

Cock rings can make your penis a force to be reckoned with, so slip on a cock ring and let the enhanced thrusts send you both to ecstasy.

Cock rings should be put on while the penis is flaccid (not erect). You should find it easy to slide the ring on over the head and to the base of your shaft. If you have difficulty, use a small amount of lube to help slide the ring down the shaft.

For a single ring that sits around both the testicles and the penis with, you will need to put the ring around the testicles first. Place one testicle through the ring followed by the second, leaving the ring sitting around the scrotum. You can then fold the head of your penis up through the ring. If you find it difficult, use some lubricant on the cock ring, testicles and penis to help guide them through.

How to Use a Cock Ring

Using a cock ring really couldn't be easier - no matter which type you choose!

Start by applying just a touch of water-based lubricant to the inside of the cock ring. This will make sure it can slide on smoothly and will make positioning easier.

Make sure that the cock ring rests at the base of the shaft, with the skin pulled back behind it. The ring should be tight but not so tight that it causes discomfort.

If you've bought a vibrating cock ring, now is the time to turn the vibrations on. By waiting to turn the vibrations on, you're make the whole fitting much much easier.

If you've bought a twin cock ring with a second loop for your testicles, put the top ring over the penis first then fit the testicle ring, making sure to insert each testicle one at a time.

The only restriction with your cock ring is not to wear it for too long. It is generally advised to remove the cock ring after half an hour and let the blood flow return to normal before giving it another go.

Cock Ring Safety

Cock rings are relatively easy to wear and use.  The ring should be tight but not so tight that it causes discomfort.

It is recommended that when you use a cock ring, you ‘try it for size’ before relying on it in the bedroom. Cock rings are supposed to restrict blood flow and give you a slightly enlarged look, pronouncing veins and giving the penis a red blush.

Sometimes they are too tight to be good for you and you should check for warning signs to ensure you aren’t doing yourself any damage. If you can see visible narrowing of the penis where the cock ring sits or a very red or blueish colour to the penis, the cock ring should be removed as it is too tight. A larger cock ring or one made from softer materials should then be bought to replace it.

The second thing to remember is not to wear a cock ring for too long. It is generally advised to remove the cock ring after half an hour and let the blood flow return to normal before giving it another go.
