The New Joy of Sex - Author Susan Quilliam gives LoveHoney the Inside Scoop!

We are all very excited here at LoveHoney about the fantastic The New Joy of Sex book!
Not only is it fabulously presented, but it's been updated to encompass all the things that modern couples really want to know about.
The wonderfully detailed chapters explore the all important topics of clitoral pleasure, contraceptives, sex toys, lingerie, bondage and even female ejaculation.
Susan Quilliam, relationship psychologist and sex expert, was given the opportunity to add her expertise to the updated book.
Susan works with the International Journal of Family Planning, the British relationship counselling organisation Relate and innumerable global advisory boards in the field of sexual health and dysfunction, so is more than qualified to undertake the huge and prestigious job of updating the best-selling sex manual in the world!
I caught up with Susan and asked her all about the book and her opinions on sex toys and relationships.

Tenga Real Hole Lotion is a 170ml tube of clear, water-based lubricant designed for use with the Tenga Flip Hole Masturbator but can also be used for regular masturbation and sex, too.
The packaging matches the general style of the Tenga range - sleek, smooth and classy. This is what I consider myself to be, apart from on a Friday night when I'm doing the robot and singing along to Abba.
Standing the tube up-right provides fascinating visuals as the air bubbles slowly float to the surface. This is an effect that I like to call the lubricant lava-lamp phenomena.
The "Real" statement in the title of the lubricant is supposed to refer to the realistic sensations it provides. It doesn't smell very real, unless your vagina happens to smell rather floral, but I won't hold that against Tenga Real Hole Lotion as it's actually a rather pleasant aroma.

According to research, August 27th is officially the most unromantic day of the year!
British couples are less likely to say "I love you", book a table for two in restaurants and buy champagne today than on any other day of the year - yet are more likely to argue and get divorced.
This may be due to a slump in mood after the Monday Bank Holiday excitement, being approximately at the furthest point from Valentine's Day in the calendar, or even just a general mid-week feeling of apathy!

Sliquid Swirl Glycerin Free Blue Rasperry Flavoured Lubricant is a 125ml bottle of clear water based gel which looks somewhat like bubble bath. I love a good bubble bath, especially whilst eating marshmallows, so this particular taste test already seems promising.
The short, rather cute looking bottle has lovely graphics and a lid that matches the packaging. This co-ordination of colours pleases me, especially as I notice that it also matches the bottle of water and tissues sat on my desk. I will put them all together to create a lovely display for anyone who chooses to visit me in my corner of the office.
Upon opening the sealed bottle, there is a faint, yet delicious fruity scent. I am slightly perplexed at the name of this product as it is listed as "blue raspberry". From my previous research, I would have assumed a blue raspberry was in fact a blueberry. However, the smell is more of a general berry odour and, depending on your preference, can be assumed to be raspberry, blueberry or even blackberry.
