2. Apply a generous amount of lubricant to the outside of the Ben Wa Balls and the entrance of your vagina. This will help you to insert them and also exercise your pelvic floor muscles as your vagina learns to grip them and hold them in place.
3. Gently insert the first ball by pressing it against the opening of the vagina until it slides inside.
4. There will usually be a small length of plastic or string between the first and second ball so tuck this inside you and start pressing the second ball against your vaginal opening.
5. Once the two balls are inside, you can push them in further with a clean finger, until you feel that they're safe and secure. The removal loop or string should remain outside the body.
6. Your body is automatically trained to hold the balls inside you, so you don't have to worry about them falling out!
