Last night the esteemed Shopzilla Circle of Excellence Awards commended LoveHoney for our brilliant customer service!

Last night the esteemed Shopzilla Circle of Excellence Awards awarded LoveHoney top honours for our brilliant customer service!

The best part about the award is that it's the customers who have rated us as number 1 in our division, rather than a board of faceless people who haven't bought from us repeatedly!

According to more than 25,000 customer surveys, LoveHoney consistently achieves outstanding ratings in all of the following areas: Ease of site use, on-time delivery, overall satisfaction, customer support, product expectations, product selection and if you're likely to shop with us again.

In our division, it was announced that no other sex toy retailer came even remotely close to our standards with LoveHoney winning the Platinum Award and no Gold Awards (the equivalent of a runners-up prize!) being given out at all!

Richard Longhurst, LoveHoney co-founder, explained of the award:

Our customer services team aims to answer all e-mails within 2 hours between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday and our freephone customer line is answered by a human within 6 rings, 24 hours a day!
