LoveHoney Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and LoveHoney is supporting it by helping out where we can!

LoveHoney first got involved in supporting Breast Cancer Awareness through our PR Manager's work with Vanessa - an incredible woman who, despite her progressing illness, raised well over £100,000 for charities including Breakthrough Breast Cancer, and our local hospice and hospital here in Bath

Vanessa, her sister Nicola and all their family and friends set up the organisation Pink Positive, with a mission to turn a negative into a positive through ongoing charity fundraising projects, which is what Vanessa did for the seven and a half years she lived the disease.

Inspired by her brilliant strength and that of those around her, LoveHoney helped Nicola and her team to take on the Three Peaks Challenge by donating Tracey Cox Supersex Massager Vibrators to help to ease away those aches and pains after their long, arduous walk!

We're also hoping to do our bit for Breast Cancer Awareness by encouraging all women to regularly check themselves for any changes in their breast tissue. We've even started selling the Breast Examination Kit which increases sensitivity to the fingers, allowing you to spot any changes in shape or texture of the breast easily.
