In April, LoveHoney teamed up with Company magazine to launch the first ever UK Sex Toy Awards.
But rather than leave the important business of reviewing the vibrators to a self-appointed panel of so-called experts, the UK Sex Toy Awards were judged by the people whose opinions matter most - you!
More than 1,000 Company readers applied to be a UK Sex Toy Awards judge and 20 lucky applicants were chosen to review 10 vibrators worth more than £300!

Meet the vibrators
Each of the 10 vibrators chosen to be on the awards shortlist was a new vibe that first went on sale on LoveHoney between 31 May 2007 and 31 May 2008 - that's why you might not see some of your old favourites on the list.
And each vibe had already received positive reviews from LoveHoney customers, so we knew the judges were going to have their work cut out decided which was best.
After a rigorous month of testing, the judges reviewed and rated each of their 10 toys in orgasmic detail. Every vibrator was given marks in 7 departments, with the most important areas like Orgasm Rating being given a bigger weighting.

Totting up the scores gave a grand total out of 100 and taking the average from all judges gave the final score for each vibrator.
