      I bought this ages ago and am finally getting round to reviewing it now.

      As far as I know there are no instructions so putting it together was awkward even for a male who doesn't normally read instructions.

      It definitely does the job at cleansing in only about two good squirts. I would recommend that you make sure not to blow any air up there and just water.

      For anyone new to anal this is probably the best thing you can buy.

      I would highly recommend this for its effectiveness and simplicity.

      Finally I think for those like me with little common sense I would warn you to move your hand and douche out of the way before you let the water go.
