      This is not as good as I imagined. This DVD is a little old, and I hate the advertisement before the main video although it is just 15 minutes.

      The main part is 1:45 long and gives some detailed position descriptions, but I expected more positions than it provided.

      The massage part might be useful to some couples who never tried massaging in bed.

      Overall, it's good, and useful, but I don't think the price is reasonable.
