    1. Ultimate Guide to the P-Spot

Reviewed: 10 July 2014 by Khaleesi, a Straight Going Steady Female

My OH and I both dabble in anal play regularly but this was our first P-spot book. This book was a welcome addition to my bookshelf.

This book covers it all. From anatomy to hygiene, penetration to external stimulation, pegging and toys, you name it, it’s in this book. You can dip into the book without reading the whole thing, but I think you’ll find yourself reading it cover to cover. It’s very cleverly written, and isn’t at all smutty or overly anatomical, which makes for a very enjoyable read for either partner.

The pictures are a really useful feature, which makes this stand out to me over other sex guides I own (I wish there was a book out there as clear about the G-spot as this is on the P-spot!). They aren’t in any way graphic and aren’t too biology text book, which is good. Although the descriptions are clear enough that the pictures aren’t really needed, they were very useful to demonstrate certain techniques I was unfamiliar with, such as scissoring, which is a kind of rubbing technique using two fingers to gently massage the prostate.

My favourite chapter is all about perineum stimulation. A much neglected area during foreplay and, as this book is very keen to point out, the prostate isn’t all about penetration you know! There are lots of tips on different types of massage and strokes to use, and how to combine it with stimulating your OH’s penis too.

The best trick by miles that I picked up from the book is a tapping technique. My boyfriend loved it! This really helped tickle his sweet spot and he’s even reading the book himself now he was so blown away by it!

I would highly recommend as it is truly the perfect guide for anyone who wants to master P-spot stimulation. I’m sure even the more experienced P-spot dabblers would enjoy reading this. It’s got so many tips and tricks in I think everyone would find something that they want to try out!
