    1. Renegade Vibrating Massager I, the first 4 Days

Reviewed: 02 February 2013 by John04, a Straight Single Male

Out of the box the Renegade Vibrating Massager I looks gorgeous! A large chunk of smooth sexy silicone which begs to be used. My first thought was "I just have to get this

      inside me!"

It is not small, with an insertable length of round 5 inches, a neck about an inch across, a base 3 inches long, and a broad tapered head which weighs in around 1.8 inches.

It is not heavy, and quite flexible, as you will find out when you try to insert it.

I have to say up until now my biggest toy has been a Renegade Plug IV, at an inch and a half across, so I'm hardly an extreme user. In the base there is a vibrating "bullet", removable for cleaning, which contains 3 small watch size batteries and an on/off switch. With this removed the rest of the toy is fully immersible, and washes up easily.

There have been a few comments that this is an "ass breaking mother" etc.

Let me put that to rest: it isn't. Lube it up and line it up, and push. The taper on the head is quite broad, and soft, so it takes some pointing, and with lube everywhere,it can be a two hand job. Give it a big push, and it's in. It is quite flexible, which probably explains why it's size isn't an issue. No dramas, pain or anything else. You should feel "full".

Actually, "full" is the wrong word. It is far more than that, and seems to get better with time. After a few days, I have found it feels better every time I insert it. I think it's "training" your nerve endings. Remarkable! (Basic neurophysiology, in which I am trained). The bit of your brain that is concerned with sex doesn't know about this until now, but you are "training" it! Instead of thinking "Time for a bog" it's thinking "Time for an orgasm!" Whoever said that the brain is the main sexual organ wasn't kidding.

Okay, enough of the neurology lesson.

I am glad I bought this rather than the Massager II, which is smaller, and would lose a lot in translation.

Oh, and try to keep lube off the neck and "bullet". You want to be able to manipulate this and turn it on and off.

Slide it all the way in, and it feels... well I haven't felt so "full" to this time, but it feels great! It is designed to press on the prostate, and it does just that. If you push down on the base, into your perineum, it pushes harder. Very nice!

You can steer it around using the base, which is studded to press on you perineum, which it does quite well. Play around with it, and get the feeling of how all this silicon feels. I went straight for the vibrator switch first time, but this was probably a mistake. Spend a few minutes getting to know this beast before you turn it on. You won't be sorry. Take your hands off, and let it sit there for a while.

Now it's time to try the vibrator. This takes some effort if everything is covered with lube, but I could feel the vibration in the tip pressing against my prostate transferred from the bullet. It is quite uncanny how it does this, but believe me, it does! It feels fantastic, and I got the biggest orgasm of my life, and I guess, my first prostate- based orgasm. Stunning!

Oh, the batteries don't last too long. For your money, you get a large amount of insertable and vibrating manipulatable silicone, aimed directly at your prostate. I think the emphasis on the name is on the Massager part, because that is what it does well. I have found that even turned off, if you put a finger on the base and push lots of good things happen.

It will, however, open your mind up to the effects of larger toys, and have you searching the 'net for bigger things.

In the meantime, lube your toy up and go play, while you wait for your extra batteries to arrive in the post.

      Seriously nice piece of technology!

In conclusion, I love this toy for all the good things it will do to you. (And many are "in your head".)

    1. Does what it says on the tin

Reviewed: 09 January 2013 by Old - But not THAT old!, a Straight Married Male

      Short Version:

Great - does what it says on the tin.

      Long Version:

If you are easily bored stop here. I make no apologies for a long and rambling review. I have always thought that whilst customer reviews can be helpful, if you know nothing about the person writing it then it is very difficult to judge how the review relates to you. A 10 year old would give a famous burger chain a good review, but a judge from Masterchef would probably give it a bad one. If you are a 10 year old then you can safely ignore the bad review, but if you are a gastronome then you would probably not ignore it.

So, my screen name says it all - I'm OLD. But not THAT old that I have lost interest in sex. Suffice to say that I lost my virginity in the last half of the Swinging Sixties - a time when the only sex toy available for men was a blow-up plastic doll, and you only got one of those if you were a "Dirty Old Man", so us children of flower power had no need of such things since "Free Love" was in abundance at that time.

But now I am much older. My wife lost all interest in any kind of intimate act over 6 years ago, and since I had no desire to pay for such services (being old-fashioned I have this strange notion that there should be some kind of a mutual relationship between lovers) and with the apparent inability to find another willing partner for such a relationship, I was left to resort to Self-Service.

After a while it becomes obvious that there is only so much you can do with your own hand and a raunchy DVD. I had started to experiment a bit with anal sex and found that a certain amount of pleasure could be had by massaging the prostate. So I turned to the trusty Internet to see what I could find - and there was Lovehoney - I was absolutely amazed at what was available, especially for men.

Intrigued by vibrating prostate massagers I first tried the Rocks Off Cheeky Boy, but in common with some of the reviewers for that product I found that whilst the sensations were very nice it was sometimes difficult to keep it in as deep as was needed. I put this down to my age, well as you get older muscles are a bit like a balloon that has been blown up too many times, they don't return to the original tightness they had when you were 20!

But the shape of Renegade means that it stays put in just the right place, so you can relax and enjoy the sensations.

Without a doubt the sensations are much stronger than the Cheeky Boy, with the only exception that the latter has a slighter longer section to massage the perineum so delivers a bit more in that area than the Renegade does, but it still brought me to a mind-blowing orgasm the like of which I have not enjoyed for many years.

The only other "downside" for me is battery life - particularly since one of the great things about these massagers is the ability to achieve a "hands-free" orgasm if you are not in too much of a rush to cross the finish line. The vibrations are good and strong when the batteries are new, but after a while the vibrations diminish to a fairly low level. There is enough in the batteries to bring you to a "hands-free" orgasm on first use, but unless you replace the batteries every time you may find that a little manual movement of the Renegade is needed on subsequent uses. This is just me being picky - battery life is no worse than any other vibrator that I have experienced.

I have also used the Renegade in conjunction with a realistic vagina masturbator, not having access to the real thing, so I think I can confidently add that if you want to use this with your partner then you will both be in for a really good time.

For someone that is new to anal sex this toy may be a bit on the large side, so keep that in mind if you have not tried anything like this before, but for those that have been searching for a "better" vibrating prostate massager look no further - this is IT.

    1. Knee-trembler

Reviewed: 06 April 2013 by BigDinLeeds, a Gay Single Male

This arrived today and within half-an-hour I was in the shower with it!

Had a bit of trouble getting it in as it's quite big (so if you're new to anal go for a smaller one), but with a fair bit of lube I was sat on the shower floor and hit the vibrate button.

Within five minutes I was experiencing something I'd tried to achieve with other prostrate massagers but they never really hit "the spot." I didn't even touch myself and was moaning like never before with a toy. It felt amazing and this product really did the trick.

I'd reached climax within ten minutes, didn't want to ejaculate but couldn't help it! Had to wait a little while after as my legs were still shaking, which is always a good thing.

      Definitely recommended!
