Definitely not the cheapest lube, but it lasts for ages, and a little really does go a long way.

It can be too slippery for some things (e.g. prostate massagers) but is ideal if you're looking to wear an insertible for several hours at a time, or wish to stretch things to the limit.

Being a silicone based lube, apparently it can damage silicone toys.

It deserves a special mention for the pump dispenser. Having had a few tubes of ID lube turn the contents of my overnight bag into a gooey mess, this is something that I can trust to keep its contents to itself.

As a bonus, the plastic labelling can be completely peeled off, leaving an anonymous looking plastic pump dispenser just containing a clear liquid. Only the shape would give it away for what it is.

Great lube - a little goes a long way

We've used a number of water-based and silicone lubes over the years and both myself and the OH think this is the best. We started off using water-based lubes but weren't mad on the way they tend to dry out and become tacky.

I originally bought this for myself to use during masturbation, but it quickly became a regular feature in the bedroom with the OH. It's very long lasting with a lovely sleek glide that gives a great sensation on those more sensitive parts. We use this lube for both foreplay and intercourse and find it really adds to the experience.

You only need a small amount of lube. Our first purchase was for the smaller bottle and while we didn't "lube up" on every occasion, that bottle lasted well over a year!

The lube itself is pretty much odourless as far as we can tell and washes off very easily. I've even found that it gives a "baby-soft" feel to the skin after use and a wash.

We'd never go back to water-based lubes now, and although we've tried other silicone lubes this is still the best in our opinion.

I decided to try this lube as LH were out of stock of our usual Silicone Lube. I personally find it to be a fantastic lube, plenty of slip and slide, doesn't go tacky or sticky and washes off well.

Our main purpose for this was for use with condoms for anal sex, as we've found water-based lubes tended to dry out too quickly, go sticky and smelly afterwards. However unfortunately one of the ingredients seems to irritate the OH's insides, so haven't been using it for this. As a result the bottle has lasted for ages.

As we've not been able to use it the way intended, I've found two other uses for which it seem to be perfect

1. A bit of lube into the cage of my CB-6000 before putting it on really helps to get it on comfortably without snagging any skin. I've tried all the other methods with little success, but this lube seems to work perfectly.

2. More unusually, it's great for using with an iPhone/iPod Touch if you have dry skin on your fingers. A little blob on the screen and then wipe off with a cloth, keeps the screen lubricated and very responsive for days!

I would recommend this product for personal use, and don't have any issues with it myself, but it does seem to irritate my partner so may not be suitable for all.
