After receiving the Rocks Off RO G-Spot Bullet Vibrator we soon set about putting it to the test.

The first things you notice about the vibrator are the pinky purple colour and how smooth it is. Although it is made from hard plastic it has a nice feel and is not uncomfortable to use.

Despite being relatively small it carries a fair amount of power and can deliver a great amount of pleasure.

Overall it was a welcome addition to our toy box!

Packaging:

The Rocks-Off RO-G-Spot Vibrator arrives in Rocks-Offs new style of packaging, a brightly coloured, sturdy reusable box which has a clear panel on its front. This box comes in handy for long term storage of the RO-G-Spot vibe and I actually now use mine as a storage box for various little kinky bits like nipple clamps.

First Impression:

The Rocks-Off RO-G-Spot Vibrator is listed on many sites as being a bullet vibrator but with a total length of 5 ½ inches it is closer to the size of a classic or lady finger style vibe. The base of the RO-G-Spot vibe features a single power button which has a soft covering and is definitely typical of a bullet vibrator, perhaps explaining why the term bullet has been attached to this sturdy plastic G-spot vibe.

The RO-G-Spot vibe comes in beautiful lilac shade of light purple and while the build of the toy is completely solid, to the touch it has a velvety soft finish, giving it a feminine feel and quite beginner friendly appearance.

In Use/ Experience:

This five inch long insertable G-spot bullet is not just suitable for G-spot stim but also works well as a clitoral vibe. With five various modes of vibration it offers a decent range of speeds to choose from.

Handily powered by two AA batteries which are included, It is switched on with the press of its single power button and each press after that brings you to the next vibrating function.

Vibrating Functions:

3 – High Steady Vibration

4 – Fast intermittent Vibration

5 - Slow Rhythmic Vibration

Pressing and holding down the power button for a few seconds switches it off again.

Safe to use in the bath or shower, its range of five functions is enough to bring you from a gentle tease to a more intense ending. Being such a solid toy, the vibrations travel well through the plastic and the curved tip provides direct clitoral or G-spot stim with ease. Very little manoeuvring or angling of the toy is needed to find the G-spot but the slightly pointed end might prove to be uncomfortable for some to use internally.

Personally, my favourite way to use the RO-G-Spot Vibrator is as a clitoral vibe which can be used to tease the opening or to slightly insert too. Being safe to use in the shower and so travel friendly, it makes a good accompaniment to a weekend away.

Material/ Care:

While alot of sites selling the Rocks-Off RO-G-Spot Vibrator seem to list it as being made of silicone, by just feeling the surface coating I suspected that it wasn’t. Having confirmed the material information with Rocks-Off it is actually PU coated ABS plastic.

PU - (polyurethane - A man-made polymer in varying degrees of hardness or softness)

PU is Latex and Phthalates free, scentless and tasteless. It gives the toy a velvety soft feeling finish which has a luxurious feel but also an amount of ‘drag’ to it. It can be cleaned with warm water and soap or specialized toy cleaner. Both water based and silicone lubes are safe to use.

I personally use a generous amount of water based lube with mine when inserting and still use a drop of water based lube for clitoral play as the velvet finish PU creates a drag. The original packaging of the RO-G-Spot Vibrator is great for long term storage of the toy too.

This pretty little G-spot vibe is beautifully presented in a hard pink reusable gift box. It looks lovely and is in a feminine shade of pink. It is attractive and is a handy but small size. It is made from a hard plastic, but has a smooth shell which is cool to the touch and is petite enough to fit in the palm of my hand and is just the right size to get to the hard to reach places. The toy has a nice curve on it and tapers to a point for precision G-spot action.

The bullet definitely is powerful, with 5 speeds/patterns ranging from a hum to a buzz and a couple of good patterns thrown in too. A single button controls the motor so it is easy to use. Like any precision power tool it is audible, so if you are concerned about other people hearing it, wait until they are out of the house for this one.

When it comes down to using the toy however its not all fun and games. I found that it was more powerful than I would normally enjoy, but if you like your buzzes strong then this is a good option. The curve on it allows for G-spot access, however I found that the rigidity of this toy made this difficult and uncomfortable. The pinpoint precision tip felt lost on me and I ended up using it on my clit (but it did a good job there, so all is not lost).

In all if you like powerful toys and don’t mind noise then this is all right I guess. It might not have been the right shape for me but it is worth a go. It meets the standards set by other toys of the same manufacturer. It is inoffensive, inexpensive and easy enough to use. Not bad I guess.
