      I have always know that Kegel exercises are essential to keep your vaginal muscles tight. After 2 kids I knew I needed to do something to get my vaginal muscles back in shape. I had read about how not only do these balls help to exercise the muscles they also can bring you pleasure.

      They have done wonders for my overall strength of my muscles as well as given me a little pleasure along the way. I wear them about 3 days a week and I can wear them from 30 mins to a few hours. Highly recommended for mums who have had vaginal births.

      These love balls work great. They are very easy to put in and are actually quite comfortable.

      I would recommend them especially for first time users.

      These balls are great for tightening the muscles in a woman's vagina. They also improve the intensity of your orgasms. That alone is well worth it!

      I bought these last week, as I wanted another set of heavier balls to switch with my Vibe Therapy ones. They were delivered very quickly, and in a funky colourful box. They are easy to insert once you've lubed them up, but don't put too much on as it can get a bit too slippery. Best thing to do is relax, otherwise it can be fiddly.

      Once inside they felt comfortable, and I could feel them moving around as I went round the house. I could also hear them knocking together, which seemed a bit loud, until I went and adjusted them so they weren't as high up and then the knocking was a lot quieter. However, I did find the noise amusing, but that's just my warped sense of humour!

      They didn't give me an orgasm, but that's not what they're for. I wore them the first time for about 3 hours and I didn't get any cramps. They definitely helped me to do my Kegel exercises, as when the balls are inside it makes it much easier to remember to clench.

      I definitely felt a difference when I had sex with my partner, so did he. Not that my Kegels were very bad to begin with 'cos I haven't had children, but at 38 I had definitely noticed things weren't as tight as they used to be and there's nothing wrong with giving things a helping hand.

      On removing the balls, it's very easy, just like removing a tampon, but go slowly as the ball that's higher up needs a bit more of a pull.

      On the whole I would thoroughly recommend these, even if you've never tried them before.
