    1. A Go Go 'O'

Reviewed: 19 August 2013 by KinkyFuckery, a Straight Going Steady Female

Bettie Page is the latest range that LH has to offer and this vibe is likely to be one of many vibrators I buy from this range.

Comes in a sleek black box with the beautiful Bettie Page on the box, instructions on the back. This vibrator requires 4 x AAA batteries, don't forget to buy them.

Open the box to find the sleek silicone vibrator. Once you've popped in the batteries, push the simple button on the bottom and you're ready to Go-Go.

There are 3 different strengths of vibrations and simply pushing the button switches from one vibration to another. This can be used internally or externally, reaching all the spots. The rounded tip has some give in it, meaning you get it in the right places getting you to reach your 'O'.

Which is fantastic. You can sure fire have lots of fun with the vibrator as it's much bigger than a bullet but it's sleek and smooth and the vibrations hit all the right places. The Vibro A Go Go gets you to your 'O'!

This toy is powerful, simple and easy to use. Don't forget the lube, remember water-based only.

The cute thing about the Bettie Page vibrator is that it comes with an exclusive collector's card and keychain included, which is a nice added touch.

If you're looking for a non-scary vibrator that is bigger than a bullet and can be used inside and out, then this is the vibrator for you.

    1. Go Vibro A-Go-Go

Reviewed: 19 August 2013 by MissChar, a Straight Going Steady Female

Go-go Bettie! When I first received this vibrator I was really struck by how luxurious the whole product was - in itself, and the packaging.

The vibrator comes in a classy black box which is great for storage and makes any of the Bettie Page range lovely to give as a gift. Included in the box are a Bettie Page keychain and a collectible card with a famous photo of Bettie on one side and her biographic details on the other. These added touches just add to the excitement at getting any of the Bettie Page products!

The vibrator itself is equally as stunning - the black and silver is so sleek and elegant looking. The colours really do remind me of Bettie Page!

The silicone is velvety soft to touch and has nearly no smell so you can tell it is high quality. The only issue with the material is that it seems to attract dust which is fairly noticeable against the black. I wipe mine down before use to make sure it's clean.

The Vibro A-Go-Go is easy to use with a clicker button at the base, and it is long enough to remain easy to use when inside you, which is a gripe I have had with some other vibrators.

I used mine with liberal amounts of water based lube, and was amazed when it went in - it feels so smooth! Even without turning it on I loved the sensation.

The three power settings were all quite powerful and useful to me. They are also extremely quiet, which is always a good thing! The first I used initially to warm up, and I used the Vibro-A-Go-Go both internally and externally - the latter of which feels incredible and smooth too! The second speed was really satisfying for me, and built me right up to the edge, when I switched gears. The third speed immediately made me climax once I was all warmed up, and I have since continued to have really good strong orgasms from this vibe!

The 'Queen of Pinups' is now also 'Queen of Sex Toys' - this classy and classic vibrator is a must in my toy collection.

    1. Pretty but Not Powerful

Reviewed: 09 July 2014 by BexTalksSex, a Bisexual Engaged Female

My first sex toy was a cheap plastic traditional vibe from a store in the mall. It ran on two AA batteries and if you gave it to me now I would laugh at the vibrations it produced, but at the time? I loved it. It was the toy that made me realize I needed vibrations to get myself off, so when I had to stop using it I couldn’t even bring myself to throw it away. The problem was that we began to notice the paint on the outside of the toy was rubbing away, and there was only one place that paint could be going. It was not safe and I had to stop using it.

While looking for a replacement for that toy I started to learn about safe vs. unsafe materials and spent a lot of time looking for another toy just like the first one that I had, except in a safer materials. I wanted a luxury vibe in a classic shape, I found all the weird designs and rabbit style vibes to be intimidating. I just wanted something “simple”. As you can undoubtedly tell, I’ve moved past that and now I want to try all the weird shapes and other toys available, but when I saw the Bettie Page Vibro-A-Go-Go Classic Silicone Vibrator I knew it was the kind of thing 19 year old Bex would have fallen in love with, which is why I wanted the chance to try it out. The low price and simple design while still appearing classy all added up so something that could be awesome for someone looking for something basic.

Before it showed up I thought it would be perfect, I had already resigned myself to having to say “Bettie Page Vibro-A-Go-Go Classic Silicone Vibrator” every time someone asked for something ‘simple’. Sure the name was long, bulky, and stupid, but if the toy lived up to my expectations it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it didn’t.

Bettie Page Vibro-A-Go-Go Classic Silicone VibratorThe silicone on the vibe itself was acceptable but not remarkable, and at 7″ long and 1.25″ wide it was a bit larger than I expected, maybe intimidating for some but overall pretty accessible. The body has the firmness of the plastic inner core but the tip is flexible and soft with only silicone. Around the base is a small silver band which looks surprisingly classy on the all black shaft. Beyond that is the single button for the controls, large and industrial with a “3″ in Times New Roman font on the base it is purely functional and does not add to the aesthetic, instead making the whole toy seem cheap and clinical.

That’s not the only issue I have with the button though. When pushed it makes a solid click and the vibration stops until it is released again and it jumps to the next speed. This is a common feature that I’ve seen in many other low cost vibes and it just feels awkward for the vibration to just stop and then suddenly be stronger, I’m not a fan. As for the vibration itself? Well lets just say that I don’t actually miss them that much while they’re gone.

I wasn’t expecting earth shattering vibration from something powered by only 2 AAs but I had hopes that it would be at least acceptable, and even with expectations as low as those I was disappointed. They are buzzy and weak, and although I was able to orgasm with them it was only after pushing the toy so firmly into my vulva that I thought it might fuse with my pelvis. At the very least the length of it did make it easy to hold in exactly the way I wanted it.

In the beginning of my sex toy career what I really wanted was a traditional vibe for internal stimulation and I couldn’t understand why I had such trouble finding one, but now I know why. The reason companies don’t make many insertable toys that are firm and perfectly straight is because the vaginal canal is not perfectly straight. The only way for me to comfortably insert it was to be laying back all the way, if I happen to try to sit up or adjust my torso I feel the rigid resistance of the toy pushing up against my vaginal walls. The shape doesn’t hit any of my pleasure zones, conform to my internal shape, or squish under the squeeze of my PC muscles. Sure it vibrates, but I can hardly feel it. Mostly it just sits, lifeless and unexciting, and doesn’t move with me at all, it feels intrusive not pleasurable.

I had high hopes for the Bettie Page Vibro-A-Go-Go Classic Silicone Vibrator, not that it would be the best thing ever, but that it might fill a niche; that it might be teenage Bex’s dream vibe. Alas, this was not the case, it appears that it’s just the nature of traditional vibes to be disappointing, the vibration is buzzy and unimpressive and the shape just doesn’t work. The presentation and packaging was nice which would make something from this line a lovely gift but you might have better luck with something like the cuffs or collar which are designed to be more aesthetically pleasing than physically.

      Cons
The vibrations are weak and the shape just doesn't work great.
      Bottom line
The vibrator is beautiful but just doesn't pan out as a great vibrator.
