Generally, I was very pleased with this.

The material feels sturdy enough, quite light and slippy without being shiny. The first thing I would say, however, is that you really must look at the "beige" version to get a proper impression of how the garment really looks and how it is cut.

I am a size ten and take a 32DD bra and the medium was an absolute perfect fit on me, if you are wondering about sizing. I would, however, say that if you are any bigger on the chest you will need to go up a size. While the cups are generous if you're any bigger than me they will cut in.

I have yet to try it with my hair and make-up done properly, but it is incredibly flattering and I think it will definitely do the trick. It makes my stomach look completely flat and really accentuates the waist and hips. There is also a little padding in the bra to give you that extra "boost" and was again quite perfect for me. The fabric is very stretchy and I think it would flatter most body types. It also feels very cool - corsets can get a little uncomfortable in hotter weather. It also feels like a nice quality item. It is well cut (which is why it is so flattering, I suppose) and does not feel like it will fall apart after just a few washes.

When you first pull the stockings out on the little bag they're in, they look tiny... They look like pop socks at a glance! If you gently stretch them, though, they soon show their proper size.

The stockings fit me very nicely. I have fairly round thighs for my size and hate the look of stockings cutting in, but these didn't at all. They may, however, be too small for very tall women. They were the perfect length on me at 5'5", but if you're 5'7"+ you'll need to buy or use your own. The suspenders themselves feel very secure.

The G-string was perfectly satisfactory. Usually I throw them away because they're stiff little triangles with cutting-in strings, but this was actually quite soft. Not the prettiest thing ever, it is just a triangle of the same fabric as the rest, but it's perfectly comfortable and actually goes quite well with the top half.

The only thing I would say is that you shouldn't buy this if you have difficulties raising your arms. The garment must be slipped over your head, and if you can't do this there isn't really another way to get it on as it is likely too narrow to step into (unless you have very slender hips).

So to sum up, it isn't the single most stunning item I've ever purchased but it's very pretty. The fabric means that it would go fairly well under evening wear, which is a nice idea.

It's a good addition to your underwear drawer, and with some nice accessories (particularly some plain black heels or boots) I think you'll grow to love this. I also think it would suit women of all ages very well. This type of underwear is timeless.

I bought this the same way you pick a new haircut out of a hair model magazine - looking at the girl and not the actual haircut/underwear! The model in this case looks absolutely perfect, so I saw the picture and thought ooh isn't that underwear nice! But in actual fact when it arrived and I opened the box I was so disappointed! It's basically just a normal black bra with a little bit of padding in it and lace edges sewn onto it and then material coming off it like a supportive swimming costume. You get a very very cheap pair of stockings and a cheap thong with it.

It did actually look all right on! Nothing special though. The girl in the pictures boobs are very pushed up but they didn't push mine up at all! Maybe because I'm already perky. The fitting was terrible for me - the cups were too small, but the band too big so I had to keep pulling the bra down over my boobs. The front suspenders were way too long and couldn't be adjusted so the stockings were by my knees. The back suspenders were way too short and when pulled over my bum squashed it down, which wasn't flattering, and the stockings were right up at the back.

After I paired good quality stockings and knickers with it, it looked okay but nothing at all special! My boyfriend did really like it but I would have sent it back if I had the time to do that and buy something else in time.
