      With the sleeve on I could hardly feel the vibrations, so I took it off, but it didn't make much of a difference.

      It took me ages to reach an orgasm and on high speed the entire vibrator just rattles loudly. I was attracted by the raised bumps and the soft sleeve, but really I couldn't feel much.
