Gorgeous colour cami-like top but doesn't quite deliver

The one thing that really stood out for me was the colour of this beautiful looking chemise. Also, although I'm not a huge fan of revealing my tummy area, I like how the product image shows that ruffled flyaway bits were enough to keep most of it covered.

Style, Look and Quality: The style is really flowing, feminine and unrestrictive as shown on the photo. Soft and sensual, the mesh fabric really is wonderful to touch. As for the colour, it really is as vibrant as it looks as well as a hint of translucency.

I love how simple this looks as well as the loose fitting feel to it.

The quality of the fabric is well made. It is very soft and silk-like. So you don't have to worry about it scratching onto your skin. However, it does look like it may be easily snagged.

A simple thong is also accompanied with the chemise.

Fit, Support and Comfort: The main issue that really bugged me about this chemise is frankly the fit- it is VERY short in body. So much so, that it really should be described as a cami top, and shorts would have complimented it better than the thong. The product image is misleading too. I am only 5'4 and it still came up to my waist. Due to the fabric I'd say that the sizing is true to size. As a size 18 I found that there was ample enough stretch and give to accommodate larger sizes.

As for the support component- there was none. I have DD/E cup bust which didn't suit the delicate details on the bust line, with the ruffles etc. I found instead that it dragged the top down and looked somewhat "droopy". I think if there were under wires this wouldn't have looked so bad. To note- the straps are adjustable.

As for comfort, I'd have to give a thumbs up. It feels very nonrestrictive and feels like you're barely wearing anything. Since the fabric is stretchy and light, the partner will have very easy access to your goodies.

Packaging and Delivery: Delivery is fast and discreet as always even with the free option! The babydoll itself is folded into a little box. I'd advise extra gift wrapping if intended as a gift, however I found the minimal packaging eco-friendly.

Verdict: Due to the loose and unsupportive nature of this top it will only suit those who are shorter (for it to look like the product image), and for those who have a smaller bust. However, with my measurements I found that this was a disappointment. The colour is really stunning but the design and production really let it down.
