I have always had a thing for retro/pin-up style outfits and this caught my attention straight away!

It is well made and is a nice combination of opaque satin and sheer mesh. The satin is cut in a way so to enhance the figure, enhancing an hourglass shape even if you don't have a typical 50s figure. The bra straps are adjustable and so are the suspender straps so it can be fitted exactly to you.

I am typically a size 6, 32C (measuring at 32 bust, 24 waist, 32 hips) and this corselette fits me beautifully. If anywhere it could be tighter at the back but it is very comfortable. I have the size small which is aimed at a size 8, so slightly bigger than me and I would say that is an accurate size guide. I think it would also fit a size 10 as the mesh does stretch to fit the body.

The bust area is the least stretchy area and I found it to be a pretty much spot on fit for me at a 32C, therefore I am guessing anyone with similar sized boobs would fit it well, perhaps a 32C/D, 34B/C. This is only a guess but I was surprised at how well it fitted as I do often have trouble. The cups are not under-wired and I think that is worth pointing out. I usually wear an underwire bra but this did fit just as well even without the wire.

I love the detail in this. There is a bow with a rose at the joining of the cups and also at the top of each suspender strap. There is also lace detailing along the edges of the satin and the cups. The suspender straps are very strong and are the traditional metal clips so should be good for long term use.

Overall I find this to be a fantastic quality item good for use in the bedroom, to retro events, to dress up in or for any other opportunity you can find. It is well made and very good value for money. It fits very well and is flattering to the figure and I believe that would be the case on most sizes, the opaque satin provides a good coverage over the stomach area for those that are self-conscious but the mesh also leaves enough on show to keep it sexy and shapely!
