I was very excited about this little number. It comes in rigid plastic packaging so there is no worry about the boning getting bent in the post (and is a handy box for storage afterwards).

I am a size 8-10 normally, but decided to go for the smallest size (6-8), so that I could widen the strings to get in it, then pull it tight to cinch in my waist-it did not disappoint! In fact, for a plastic boned corset it far exceeded my expectations! Despite having to widen it to first put it on, I was able to pull it right in to give me a killer hour glass figure. The boning is nice and sturdy and the strings are very easy to adjust. There is one for the lower part of the abdomen and one for the upper half. So it could be adjusted to fit a range of shapes and sizes. One thing that surprised me was that I was able to fit, tighten and fasten it without any assistance! Not only a first for a corset, but a major plus if you want to surprise your lover and need to get in it by yourself!

There is also a slight belt-like structure visible on the inside or the corset that gives further support to the shape. A sign of good design.

The shine and fit is fantastic. Not only better quality than I was expecting, but it actually looks a lot better on than it does in the photo of the model! (In terms of the fit/quality of material). It's my first PVC item and I was worried that it might look a bit tacky as PVC wear sometimes can in photos, but far from it! It's absolutely stunning! I won't lie, I felt totally bad-ass!

I've never had a corset that zips up before, but let me tell you, it made such a difference! Once it was fitted as tight as it could go, I was able to simply quickly unzip it if I wanted to adjust the rest of my outfit, and then simply zip it back up again! Could be fantastic on a night out if you want to pop to the ladies or bend over and not feel constricted or worry about putting strain on the boning! What a breeze! It's also my first under-bust corset. It terms of combing convenience, comfort, versatility and hotness, I am now a convert!

The only downside was although it is described as providing "light support" for your breasts, it really doesn't provide any. Open/braless tops are always modelled by individuals with breast implants which, being more solid, magically float and maintain shape like suspended orbs. Which of course looks fantastic for photos, but doesn't reflect reality for the average woman! So don't expect it to give you any lift. You will look the same as you do topless and unsupported. However, this was as I was expecting it to be, so it's no big deal. In terms of the boudoir, fantastic if you are lucky enough to have smaller breasts that look pert unsupported, or if you have silicone assistance, but not so good for the larger breasted ladies. But then maybe my expectations have been warped by seeing these sorts of outfits always modelled by people with implants?! I would like to see this kind of thing modelled by ladies with real breasts more often.

Worn with a bra and sexy shirt, teamed with leggings and killer heels, this corset looks absolutely fantastic for a night on the town! I love it so much, I wish I could dress like this everyday! It could really go with a range of outfits and costumes for a different look every time. Rock chick, goth, vampire, pirate or just to add a touch of raunch to dress up an otherwise casual outfit.

The matching thong was a nice surprise. Unlike a lot of free thongs, it was actually large enough (I find they're often far too tight and create unsightly "over-hang"- you know what I'm talking about ladies!) and was very comfortable. It really finished off the look and gave it that knock-out "ker-pow!" factor. The back of the g-string is a sort of loose thick elastic. At first, to make the front tight enough, it requires pulling the back up high...which of course looks rather silly from behind, but is actually completely hidden by the corset, so no worries there! Seeing the sexy shininess of the corset in combination with the g-string made me want to add more PVC items to the ensemble! Some PVC trousers and gloves will definitely be going on my wish list!
