I recently purchased the Lust Dust and as soon as I opened it the smell was evident. It was gorgeous.

It was so soft and silky and both me and my OH love it.

I bought it as part of the offer that was on at the time and feel that it was exceptionally good value.

A little goes a long way and it tastes fabulous. I will definitely be buying it again.

I highly recommend it for anyone who is into tasting and exploring.

Best recommended for sensual and delicate times.

Lust Dust is a must - yummy

I bought this Lust Dust as a stocking filler to accompany some other naughty gifts for my partner at Christmas. The Lust Dust is basically a tube of edible sugar that you can use to sprinkle onto your partners body and lick off. It is fun and yummy and I am really happy with it and will buy more again in the future. Here are the pros and cons I found from using this Lust Dust:

Pros:

Taste and looks:

First of all it tastes really nice! Very sweet. It tastes very similar to sherbet dib dabs and you can definitely taste the raspberry flavouring. It has the same consistency and colour (white) as sherbet or icing sugar.

Size/Contents/Value:

You also get lots of dust. (70g) The tube of dust is almost the same size as the inside cardboard tube of a roll of toilet tissue and the tube is full to the brim with dust. Not half empty like some sweets you buy. A little goes a long way and you will get many sessions out of this product before it is empty. (Unless you get carried away... put the spoon down! Hehe.)

Overall, great value for money at just under £3

Cons:

The lid design:

The lid has not been designed with sprinkling in mind. You basically pop up half of the top cap (like you would with a spice jar) and you have direct access to the dust inside the tube. However, there is no additional cap with small holes to aid with sprinkling. So it does end up just pouring out into a little pile (even with a gentle tap) rather than sprinkling nicely.

The container:

Additionally, it does not have the strongest lid or container (container seems to be made out of strong cardboard) and I wouldn't feel safe leaving this to bounce around my underwear drawer without the lid popping open or the bottom of the tube being punctured. I used a bit of tape to hold the lid in place after use and store it on its own.

Dust downsides:

Another thing to note is that the dust has the same consistency as sherbet, or icing sugar. Which also means you may come across quite a few lumpy bits. Shaking the container helps to break down a lot of big lumps, but you will still find a few.

When you use this product on your skin and start licking you will find that things start to get sticky. This is to be expected and it isn't too bad. Nothing a quick shower together won't fix. :P

Overall:

For the price I think this is a fantastic novelty item and would make a cute little stocking filler or fun gift. It tastes good, it looks good and you get lots of it. Yes, it doesn't sprinkle very well and the container is a bit flimsy, but for under £3 it is actually great value for money. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Lust dust, Lush dust

The day we received our first package of goodies from Lovehoney, we used the 'Lust Dust'. We used it on each other during foreplay, it tasted so good we had 2 rounds each! First of all, one of us would lie down and the other would sprinkle it on and lick it off, but it tasted so good we had to go again!

The second time, we sprinkled it on ourselves, where we wanted to be licked. It was incredibly sensual, and something that was enjoyable for both of us. The only problem we had with it, was that the cap didn't enable 'sprinkling', it tended to gush out of the tube quite quickly, and there were a few lumps of dust which made it a bit tricky to lick off at times! But all in all, we would definitely buy it again, and recommend it to others!
