I ordered this toy as I am not a beginner in terms of anal sex and thought that it looked rather attractive. I have previously used toys for anal sex, however this was different to anything that I had used before.

I bought it with the exception of using it with a partner and when it arrived I was rather disappoint with the size. I assumed it would have been bigger. That was until I tried it!

The size and firmness made it easy to insert, although I do feel the orb shape made it a little harder than normal.

The sensation was amazing and found it perfect for using while having sex with my partner!

I am extremely happy with the product!

I'm already firm friends with Lovehoney's Booty Buddy and can quite happily wander round the supermarket wearing said butt plug, but the shape and simplicity of the Orbite Pleasures plug intrigued me and I figured it would make an interesting change, being short and dumpy, compared to the Booty Buddy that's long(ish) and slim.

I'm definitely not a beginner in anal play, but you won't find me with a can of fizzy pop up my ass either, so I opted for the 'Medium'. When it arrived the shape and size seemed about right to me, generally what I had expected. I would liken it to the head of a cock and as I tend to play with averagely-sized realistic dildos I thought this'd be a breeze to use.

At my first attempt, I did all the usual things - lube up with fingers and 'warm up' with another toy etc - and then came what I can only describe as an un-sexy, yet hilarious, ass-massage session...

I attempted to insert the plug, but found it sliding up and down my crack, across my ass-cheeks, down the backs of my thighs and basically everywhere but the intended target!

Because the plug is not tapered, I really struggled to insert this. It's also a really solid toy with very little 'give'. To make anal play enjoyable, I need lube, but I just ended up in a slippery mess! I gave up, but tried again another day and was eventually successful!

It surprised me that I struggled so much because size-wise it shouldn't have been a problem! In the end I found that lying on my side, knees up to my chest was the best way to insert it.

The plug does have a suction cup, but in my opinion, this is utterly pointless because, to me, a plug is not something to 'ride' or thrust against. However, the suction end is easy to grip, but not so big that it gets in the way if you were to wear it for a while.

Once I'd got it in place, I felt a real rush of arousal and came with only a tiny bit of clitoral stimulation. It was very satisfying, such a shame there was such a palava getting to that point! I've since had it in place using vibes and have wandered about doing chores whilst wearing it, but it's not quite comfortable enough for me to consider long-term wear or wearing it out of the house.

It does give me a totally different feel to the Booty Buddy, a real fullness, and I was very aware of it, whereas I can be doing my shopping and only notice the Booty Buddy when I bend down to get something!

So, for me, very mixed feelings about the Orbite Pleasures Medium butt-plug. I think it's going to take a lot of practice to reveal its full potential...

I'm a regular anal player, having a large collection of toys.

The base of this plug isn't solid so when inserted closes with the cheeks of your bum. This doesn't inspire confidence in me and once I did see it go right in - eek, major panic.

Luckily my anus was lose and I could get my hand in.
