I've wanted one of these for ages, but the combination of the high price and mixed reviews had me stalling over the 'buy' button. This week, however, I finally treated myself - and I am now kicking myself that I never did so earlier.

I am officially in love with this toy.

First of all, I thought it might be difficult to use. I read all these horror stories about trying to lube it up and getting the stuff all over the place, and I read about being very sore the day after, and it all had me a bit apprehensive. In my experience, though? It was absolutely fine. I fed the lube into it from my hand, as demonstrated in the product video, and that was enough to suit me. No splashing, no dripping, and no pain. I also wondered if I'd struggle with cleaning it, because I am generally reasonably incompetent with that sort of thing, but it is just as easy as described. Sorted.

After those worries, I thought - well, what if I just don't like it? Some people have commented that it feels exactly like oral sex, and some people have said it feels nothing like it. I can't really help you there, as I'm still waiting for the real thing, but what I can tell you is that whatever this feels like - it's good.

The Sqweel is also really easy to use and hold. Other reviewers said they'd found it slippery and hard to reach the buttons - maybe I didn't use as much lube or had it in a different position, but I didn't have that trouble at all.

There is one thing I definitely agree with. It DOES feel counterintuitive not to press it down harder as you go along, but once you've taught yourself not to then it's definitely worth it.

It's just completely different to any of my other toys, and I really like that. Not that I don't love my other toys, but they are all reasonably similar to one another in some way or other. This is just in a category of its own.

It is pretty noisy, I'll admit. This doesn't bother me as I live alone, but I imagine flatmates would hear it if I had any. That being said, music would probably cover it up easily. Even if it didn't, I'd probably tell you it was worth it!

In short, if you're thinking about it - try it, try it, try it. And as one of the other reviewers expertly points out - if you don't like it, LoveHoney has a great returns policy. Honestly, though, I don't think you will. Nobody's getting mine back off me, that's for sure!

We have been debating this for a while. The question "is it novelty?" has been the main reason we haven't tried it sooner.

We saw this on the 3 for £50 offer and it made sense to try it.

Delivery as always quick and plain packaging - this statement should be autotyped onto ALL Lovehoney reviews as it's always the same! Never had an issue with Lovehoney. ;-)

The toy is well made and does not jump out and scream "sex toy". Its design is genius in its simplicity and if hasn't already, it will eventually overtake the rabbit in terms of sales...

The wheel really does replicate oral sex. Well, oral sex if the man is a machine that does not need to breathe, never needs to change the motion of his tongue and has been sent from above for the sole pleasure of womankind.

You do need lube as the tongues can feel quite rigid on the faster motions, but that is only to be expected.

Buy this when you have a week off work...

It was boredom that lead me to try the Sqweel 2. I'm not too big a fan of receiving oral, so the oral sex stimulator tag put me off trying the original Sqweel. I was getting a bit bored of the same old toys, so decided to give Sqweel 2 a whirl.

I'm so glad I did. To me this is nothing like oral sex. The stimulation is firm and pretty speedy, even on the lowest setting. Even with the lashings of lube required to get the best out of this toy, it still doesn't... at least to me... feel as messy as cunnilingus.

The stimulation is controlled and steady and the variation between the three speeds, reverse, forward and rocking between the two creates a medley of sensation that is simply unlike anything I've ever felt before. There's a similarity to oral, but to me it's more akin to a foursome with three of the participants focusing their attention on your lady garden. One tongue and four fingers seems to be a much more accurate approximation to me.

The wheel is sized so that it can provide simultaneous clitoral, vaginal and labial stimulation - something no one tongue can do with the precision of Sqweel. It's just so wonderfully unique.

I originally tried using Sqweel 2 with old batteries which gave a much softer, oral like feel, but put fresh juice into this thing and it's an unbridled beast.

I don't rate it as being that noisy, but I live alone so I'm not the best judge of these things. Sure the neighbours didn't hear though.

This thing makes me uber chuffed to work for LH. I feel like a mug for putting off trying it sooner.

Make sure you're super generous with the lube, give it some time, play with the settings a bit and you'll have a wonderful night in.
