I bought this bustier for my girlfriend for Christmas as she’s always been on about wanting a boned corset and this had caught her eye a few times when she had been looking.

I ordered it rather late, nearing up to Christmas, but impressively it arrived within a few days - so much so I decided to sign up and order more things from Lovehoney

I was worried it was going to look tacky or cheap when I ordered it as some things in the past I have ordered online have not looked as good as they do on the site. But when I opened it up all my worries were gone. It looked even better than it did in the pictures.

Once my girlfriend opened it she tried it on immediately and loved it. The only criticism she had was that it was difficult to adjust the back and she needed my help. She said it ruined the surprise but I wasn't complaining - it looks amazing on, especially after it's altered and hugs the body and accentuated all her features. It certainly added a lot to her confidence, and the zip up front is perfect for when things get a bit more intimate – none of the hassle.

Me and my OH are really pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is in search of a nice fitting corset without a big cost. It looks great on and goes great with some matching stockings and heels, which is guaranteed to make any night a good night.

Red is not my usual colour, but as this was a surprise for my OH I decided to take a risk, and was then doubtful until my delivery arrived! Luckily this vibrant colour makes me feel very confident and brings out my inner vixen.

I love the zip fastening - it makes it easy to get into quickly without too much difficulty once you've sorted the laces at the back. The suspenders I found much more fiddly.

I got the Small as a UK 8-10 and found I was wearing the bustier with the laces fully tightened. But when I added suspender and stockings rather than holding the stockings up it was dragging the bustier down if I moved around too much and exposing my nipples. This wasn't a huge problem (my OH loved it!) but I can't see how this would fit a size 6 woman when I was doing the laces up fully.

This is my favourite item of lingerie I currently own. It's my first bustier and it really does look great, and the matching thong completes the set well. All you need is a pair of stockings and you can bring out your inner confidence in the bedroom!

I bought this really because my OH liked it, and I like to buy things for him. At the same time I bought a babydoll because that is the style I have bought previously, and I rather prefer to be covered up!

Anyway as a treat I bought it, and hoped that I wouldn't feel too hideous when trying it on.

When my package arrived (quickly as usual!) I wasn't in so unfortunately we had to pick it up from the PO, and my OH now recognises Lovehoney boxes so he knew that something nice arrived. I let him have a peep in the box, he remembered seeing it online and that was that!

The bustier fits perfectly. There is the slight faff of having to take it off and adjust it, which isn't a problem in the great scheme of things. I have the red, which is such a lovely vibrant colour, and despite the fact that it is a shiny material it doesn't look cheap at all. When wearing the item it is not uncomfortable at all, it's really soft on the skin, as is the thong - which I wasn't expecting much from because the thongs in sets tend to be a bit rubbish, but it's really nice!

My only issue with the item, and it's not even that big a deal, is that although it fits perfectly around my waist (when tightened up as much as it can) my boobs occasionally pop out! However I have rather large breasts in relation to the rest of me, and it only happens if I bend over, and I can live with it. Especially since my OH doesn't complain!

Also, it looks good with other knickers (or without) and I have worn it with my LH crotchless knickers before to great effect.

For an item that I thought I would feel self-conscious in and didn't really want, I actually feel sexier in it than in anything else I own.
