This product is very accurate when you follow all of the instructions. However I found if you take out most of the colour before mixing this stops the product from being sticky and there is no smell.

We have made one with the vibrator inserted and one without.

I added an extra rim round before pouring in the rubber so we can use this in a strap on, which we both love.

Disappointing but a good idea

We bought the black vibrator as a surprise present for her, as the other colours didn't seem like very accurate skin tones anyway. I tried to make it myself the first time, but the mould set too fast before I could insert my penis so we had to buy more powder and try again. This seems to be a fairly common problem.

Having bought more powder, she helped me out in making it which made the whole process much more fun and much easier. The mould formed without too much of a problem, although if your penis touches the sides it doesn't lead to a great result. Waited a few hours then poured in the rubber.

After 24 hours, the rubber had set. We were really impressed with the detail on the toy, it looked pretty good (and quite flattering). The vibrator worked fine and seems quite strong. The black colour looks good.

However, the material is horrible - it has a tacky, touch texture and smells quite bad, so will have to be used with a condom which renders the idea of an accurate replica a little bit pointless. More worryingly, it seems to have developed a few deep cracks before use.

Because it's such a fiddle to make, and the resulting toy isn't really very good anyway, I can't really recommend the product. Only buy if you want it as a bit of a novelty and a bit of fun and aren't looking for a proper sex toy - there are some great vibrators and dildos for the same money.

A few final tips - make it over a tiled floor as the mould does not pull out of fabrics and carpet easily, and the process is quite messy. It's also very very hard to do it alone!

Bought this so I could still feel my partner when he's not about.

I found it to be extremely messy and fiddly.

It didn't come with the thermometer or stirring sticks as it states it does (however this might have just been mine that didn't have it with the kit).

My partner told me it doesn't feel that nice when inserting his penis into it.

The vibrations are really not that strong at all. I won't be buying another one.
