Lovely set, pity about the sizing

The Fantasy Naughty Garter Knickers and Mesh Padded Bra Set is a simple and sexy addition to your lingerie collection. The material feels rich and soft and is definitely made to last. The main negative of the item is something that's come up before with us when buying lingerie sets - the sizing listed on Lovehoney.

My OH is a sexy size 14 girl. She has a big ass and big hips, and the knickers in the large set fit her perfectly, and look absolutely fantastic on her. However, she's only a B-cup on top, meaning the bra that comes with the set (which assumes at least a D-cup from the looks of it) is miles too big and is, ultimately, useless to us. Which is a great shame, as the material really is gorgeous and she would look fantastic in the whole set.

This sizing issue is one that we've come across on LH before, and it is a real shame. We're aware that in a large amount of cases, a size 14-16 girl would have a C-D cup - however, it is a real shame that this is the assumed case, as I know there are other women out there with the same problem. I can understand the extra costs involved in sizing all of these sets based in individual cup size, but that does not really help with the disappointment of ordering a set in a certain size, and finding it simply does not fit. This is something which is not really likely to change (because of the costs involved), but it is a situation which means we cannot order a large amount of sexy sets on LH.

I don't mean for this to be a complete rant against LH (we really really love you guys!), but I do feel the need to draw attention to this issue, as I'm sure it has come up for plenty of other customers in the past. It is an unfortunate situation which leaves a lot of fantastic and sexy lingerie sets unavailable to women who don't fit into a general size category.

Don't get me wrong, this set is completely gorgeous. The knickers have a lovely see-through bottom with a nice design on them. They go perfectly with every set of stockings that she owns, and fasten on easily and effectively. The simple black design means that we can easily swap in another black bra which she owns, and you wouldn't really notice the change. However, it has left the bra received redundant, with the cost of the item becoming a bit too steep for just the knickers alone. With a girl who can fill the bra, we have no doubt that it would look amazing, but unfortunately it just does not suit in our case.

Overall then, this is an incredibly sexy set, let down only by the sizing issue. So if this is a problem you have encountered before yourself, then I would be wary about dropping money on this set. But if not, and you're comfortable that you will fill the bra, then go for it!
