When I saw this pocket sized rechargeable clitoral vibrator I knew I had to have it. I've been looking for something like this but up till now everything that ticked all the boxes that the Cross My Palm does was always considerably more expensive.

Delivery, as ever, was super fast and discreet and I have to say seldom have I been quite so excited to open a box!

The packaging was classy and just the words on the side summed it up before I'd even seen inside: 'Overwhelmed with ecstatic joy'. Yes oh yes!

The vibrator itself is small enough to sit in the palm of your hand, lightweight, soft to the touch and very understated in plain white. Hard to believe that something so unassuming can be so good!

Included in the box was a charger, instruction leaflet and a satin drawstring bag for storage. This was my only (very small) gripe, the bag wouldn't fit the charger in too and was much longer than the vibrator. A nicer touch would be to have had a slightly larger bag to store both parts when not in use.

Charging up before use is simple, however nothing lights up on the vibrator to indicate when it’s charging or indeed when its fully charged. It takes around 90 minutes to fully charge but then it’s good to go for around 60 minutes, which is plenty!

The instruction leaflet is a really comprehensive guide to using the vibrator and I would suggest reading it first, unlike myself. In my excitement to put it through its paces I forgot to read the leaflet and then had a total panic when I couldn't work out how to switch it off! Fear not though, mishap aside It's really simple to operate, just 2 buttons, one to cycle up through the vibration patterns and the other to come back down. Literally. It certainly ticked all my boxes, including the 'oh my god!' orgasm one.

The thing I like most about this is its versatility, for solo play you can use its entire length cupped in your hand for a more gentle vibration sensation or use the tapered end to pinpoint the vibrations and heighten the sensation. I also can’t wait to share this with my very good friend, it’s so small and discreet we can't wait to nestle it between us and its quietness means we can play without a noisy distraction. The other bonus of course is that it's waterproof.

This vibrator has definitely lived up to my expectations and more and I can see it taking a very active role in my sex life, I will definitely be surrendering to the magic in my palm from now on!
