The postman knocked at my door this morning and handed me a familiar brown box which I eagerly opened.

Inside it contained my latest LH purchase, an Icicles No 14 Bulbous Large Glass Butt Plug.

On opening the slightly magnetised flap of the extremely well packaged plug my first reaction was, “Oh wow... it’s big.”

I am no stranger to anal toy fun and I’m certainly no beginner as I also have Crystal Medium and Large Glass Butt Plug and an njoy Pure Plug Large Stainless Steel Butt Plug. But the No 14 was quite a bit bigger than anything else toy-wise that I had bought for anal fun.

My favourite thing to do when I am home alone is to have a nice relax in a hot bubble bath while wearing my large crystal plug.

So I took the No 14 out of the box and washed it well and fetched my Maximus anal lube while my bath was running. I lubed up the head and attempted to insert it into my bum, it was so much bigger than my other large plugs that I only managed partial insertion before having to remove it and have a minute. I tried a few more times but again without getting it in all the way. I thought I would have to leave it this time and go and fetch my large crystal plug but I tried one more time and the No 14 slid right in… OMG what a feeling.

I lay in the bath feeling completely and utterly full. The finger loop makes it very easy to twist, push and pull the plug if you wanted to. I played with myself and my orgasms were quite intense as my bum felt so incredibly full and my anal muscles ‘clamped’ down onto the shaft.

The shaft between the head and the finger loop is a lot thicker than on the njoy plug but it still felt very secure when I had a wander around the house after my bath. At no point did I feel that it would come out on its own, it just felt so comfortable to wear. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this as a beginners plug but if you have progressed to a large size plug and you feel that you still want that little bit more then from my first experience I would have no hesitation in recommending the Icicles No 14 Bulbous Large Glass Butt Plug.

When I am home alone I’ve found my new bath time buddy. Can’t wait to wear it for fun with my OH.

Excellent plug for long-term wear

I've spent a small fortune looking for a plug that I could wear throughout the day under clothing rather than just play with in the bedroom. I've been close to finding 'the one' many times, but each invariably has its flaws - usually that they don't stay in or that overly squared edges on the base chafe after a while. But this plug ticks all of the boxes and is really comfortable. I've driven wearing it (speed bumps become a lot more fun), I've slept wearing it. I've had it in place for over 24 hours straight before now, just removing periodically for re-lubing and when necessary for hygiene reasons.

I find the plug nicely filling. It isn't painful, but you won't forget that it's there as you walk around the supermarket doing your shopping. Because it's glass, you can really do what you like with regard to lubricant, and I've found that olive oil works best for long term-wear. It's unobtrusive under clothing, except possibly when bent over. I got into one situation where I was in a very crowded room and having to bend to do some work. I think if someone had brushed past me, they'd have felt it, and that made me rather nervous. A smaller handle would solve this, though perhaps at the price of some strength and safety - maybe not such a good idea.

I've since mislaid this plug, and so have bitten the bullet and ordered an n-Joy large. They're widely recognised as being the crème de la crème, but it's reflected in the pricing. I'd recommend the Icicles 14 both in its own right and as a stepping stone to the larger n-Joy plugs to see whether you like the sensation without blowing quite so much money.

I am really surprised no one has written a review on this glass butt plug. It is superb in every way. Beautifully shaped, the slight curve and the large ring make it easy to ease in and out.

At first it took me a few attempts to get this to stretch me but it was surprising how quickly I was able to accept it.

I originally wanted to get the very large Njoy plug but my budget would not run to that. This plug is about the same size and a fraction of the price. Glass is definitely the way to go.

Not a plug for total beginners, but if like me you have progressed to medium size then this is the one to have for your first large size.

You will not be disappointed.
