Improve the grip of your PC muscles and get your pelvic floor in shape with these Kegel balls. Swoon Get A Grip is a dual-ball Kegel exerciser weighing 67g that's suitable for both beginners and advanced Kegel trainers to improve tone and strength.
From the Swoon range developed by Lovehoney in conjunction with Julie Peasgood comes Get A Grip, a smooth silicone Kegel exerciser with dual balls that makes toning up fun, sexy and simple.
This curvy Kegel exerciser has been designed to improve the strength and tone of your pelvic floor by simply inserting it and squeezing your muscles around it. Simple!
The exerciser features two weighted balls concealed in a silicone case. The balls sit one below the other and are connected via a thread of silicone in the centre that allows the balls to move independently to better stimulate your muscles during wear.
Measuring 4 inches long and 4.5 inches in circumference with a 4.25-inch removal cord for ease of use. The exerciser weighs 67g making it medium weight and ideal for beginners and experts alike.
To use Get A Grip, you simply use a water-based lube to lubricate yourself and the exerciser, insert and then go about your business. This will offer a light workout for your muscles as the movement of the balls causes your muscles to contract around the exerciser.
For a more intense workout, squeeze your muscles tightly around the exerciser and hold for as long as you're able to before releasing and then repeat.
The effect of Kegel exercisers is gradual and accumulative, so the more you use your Kegel balls, the more toned you'll feel.
Toning your pelvic floor can improve the frequency and intensity of your orgasms, help avoid bladder weakness, protect against prolapse and make your vagina feel tighter during penetration.
Comes with an instructional manual and a satin drawstring bag for storage.
