Arrived next day, as well as the other Lovehoney Tease Me products. The colours are beautiful and the material is luxurious and not fake, cheap satin.

They are very comfy on and also very sturdy and secure. There are so many uses for these restraints that it would take ages to mention them all but in all, these are very stunning and seem much more expensive than £18.99.

They are a steal for the price, material, uses and comfort.

Arrived the following day, thanks to Lovehoney's FREE delivery service. Little did the post man know what he was handing over as he scanned the box!

These are beautiful to look at and so, so simple to use. Each pack includes 4 ties with around 50 inches of satin to play with. Hands and feet can be tied to your bedposts for lots of slap and tickle fun, or you can be a little more daring and tie body pieces such as wrists to ankles, ankles to thighs etc together.

The only slight niggle with any product of this design is that you need to be careful where the D-rings are positioned so that they do not press too hard into your partner's body, but this is easy to work with once you've had a couple of dry runs!

My partner prefers items which are a little less scary to look at while still enjoying all the fun and games of tie up and restraint. These fit the bill perfectly.

Note that LH sells a similar product from another manufacturer which is twice the price for half as many ties. It's a no brainer - get these instead!

Tease Me, Tie Me, Anyway You Want Me

When I first discovered that Lovehoney had released their own bondage items I loved them instantly. There is something very minimal and elegant about the range that is exemplified in the Tease Me Satin Restraints Position Ties.

The ties themselves, of which you get an amazing four in a pack, are 52 inches of double thickness satin with two metal D-rings sewn into one end. The fabric is lovely; it’s soft, feels very durable and isn’t as slippery as some satin can be. It has a nice amount of grip without being at all scratchy. All of the stitching feels very good quality. I’ve tugged away at them and I have no worries of the seams popping. 52 inches is a lot of room to play with. I’m 5’7/8” and if I hold the end of the ribbon with my toes, the D-ring sits just under my nipple. They are long, which is fantastic. You are definitely getting your moneys worth. They are also incredibly discreet. Certainly more discreet than traditional cuffs.

As a rule, I’m not a fan of pain. I certainly don’t mind the odd spank or scratch, but as soon as things get uncomfortable I get annoyed and it breaks the mood. This is where the Tease Me ties are perfect. They are incredibly, incredibly comfortable. I found it very difficult to use them in a way that caused me discomfort. About the only thing that did is if I managed to work out a way of getting the D-rings to press into a wrist or anklebone, which is harder than it sounds.

These would be great for people who love the idea of bondage, but don’t like feeling out of control. The most intuitive way to use them for me is to thread the end of the ribbon through the D-ring to produce a loop to go around your chosen body part. This holds together surprisingly well. It will hold nicely, but if you wish to escape, simply release all tension from the ribbon and shake until you can get your hand or foot out. So long as you are allowed some slack, you could release yourself even if you are tied spread-eagled.

For those that don’t like the idea of being able to escape, you can tie the ribbon in a loose knot around the D-ring, or shorten the amount of slack allowed to the person tied up and it'll be as impenetrable as handcuffs. I consider them very safe bondage toys also, as a pair of scissors will be able to release you no matter what you have managed to tie yourself into, so keep a pair handy by your bedside just in case.

It is quite difficult for these ties too become too tight. You have to twist the ribbon away from the site of the D-ring in order to cause undue tightness, which will release as soon as slack is given. You can tug on the straps all you like if the free ribbon is in line with the D-ring.

For this reason, I would say that you could use the Tease Me ties as a leash and collar. I would only recommend this if you ensure that the ribbon is kept completely free. Do not tie the ribbon to anything if it is used as a collar. It could potentially strangle someone if things went wrong.

Really, the uses of these things are endless. It’s totally up to your imagination. The simplicity of these allows them to be used for so many different purposes. As well as being a possible replacement for cuffs, they would also work well alongside them. The ties make it possible to secure other areas of a persons body, like upper arms, chest, waist or thighs that cuffs wouldn‘t have the length to manage.

If you wish, you could use them to trail across your lover's body as a sensory toy. You could use them as a makeshift blindfold. If you are into pony play, you could even thread the D-rings onto a belt to create a stylized tail. The ample amount of ribbon means that they will fit near enough everyone. There is a lot of room to play.

Speaking of getting your money’s worth, you might notice that the Tease Me restraints are very similar in design to the Lelo Boa Pleasure Ties. As beautiful as the Lelo Boa ties are, they are expensive, and personally I’d be terrified of getting them dirty. With the Tease Me ties, I don’t worry about that as much, and if they get dirty I’d recommend a light hand wash.

The packaging they arrive in is more like a cardboard envelope than a box. It‘s nice but it contains a lot of indiscreet wording so don‘t open them unless you are somewhere private.

Overall, I really, really love them, and I’m so glad that I own them. I can see a lot of fun being had with these for years to come.
