When the Pipedream Extreme Realistic Vibrating Vagina and Ass Male Masturbator arrived the first thing that struck me was the weight of the package - I was both in awe and excited at the same time!

Upon opening the box I was presented with a big squishy bum made out of Fanta Flesh. This feels much like the soft elastomer materials used in other high-end toys and is really nice to squeeze and touch.

Also included in the box is a bottle of "Moist" lube, some antibacterial toy cleaner, a bottle of Fanta Flesh revive powder and a vibrating bullet with a wired remote control. The bullet takes two AA batteries and unlike some toys, rechargeables work just fine.

The anus hole on my masturbator has a plain design rather than the "star" pattern featured on the website and box. I think plain looks much better but I thought I would mention it anyway.

When I first tried the toy I had no idea where to start. Should I enter the vagina or the anus? Thrust into it on the bed? Stand? Lie down and use it two handed like a stroker? Kneel on the floor? The possibilities are endless and I have now tried every combination of these and more. It was a tough job but someone had to do it. ;)

The masturbator features two penetrable holes, although both are actually just entrances to the same internal canal. Because of this I find that my penis sometimes pops out of the "air hole" at the end when I use the anal opening. It doesn't happen in every position but it is something to keep an eye on if you don't want lube or other sticky stuff all over the bed.

Both holes are quite tight but you don't need a lot of lube. In fact using too much can stop you feeling all the intricate little bumps and ridges that are designed to enhance your pleasure. The included lube is okay but I wasn't overly impressed by it so make sure you have a quality water-based product at hand for optimal enjoyment.

The toy is very quiet, without any sloppy sounds, and delivers excellent sensations from both holes in any position, both with and without the vibrating bullet. There are several pockets in which to insert the bullet, although I tend to stick with the pocket closest to the air hole as it seems to give the best all-round performance. The bullet is nice and powerful and is very easy to control via the scroll-wheel.

The only real issue with this toy is getting into a good thrusting position. Standing and lying down present no issues as you are holding and supporting the whole thing with your hands so you can manoeuvre it as required. Unfortunately thrusting into it with the toy supported by, for instance, the bed is more of a problem due to the toy's low-profile nature. After much experimenting, I found that a folded-up pillow placed between the toy and the bed pretty much solved the problem and allowed me to fully enjoy the experience. Using this toy is just like thrusting into a woman from behind and the orgasms it delivers are up with the very best.

The thought of cleaning this toy filled me with dread but it turned out to be completely unfounded as it's actually very easy. Simply fill up the sink with warm soapy water and give the toy a thorough cleaning with a finger or two, rinse and then leave it to air dry. I find that the internal areas dry pretty quickly if you leave it at a slight angle - leaning against the sloping end of a bath for instance - in fact this toy actually dries quicker than a lot of smaller sleeves and masturbators, which came as quite a surprise. Leaving it out to dry like that depends on your home's privacy level of course, so your mileage may vary.

This toy is a completely different animal to a normal sleeve or stroker and it takes a bit of Heath Robinson style ingenuity to get the most out of it, but if you enjoy "doggy-style" sex then you will love what it has to offer.
