Pretty but not what I expected

I ordered this product to go over some lingerie, with the full intention of undoing it in a sultry fashion. This is where my mistake comes in! I didn't read the description fully, in which it states that the bows are just for show and not actually functional! However, the product was so pretty I decided to keep it anyway.

It comes with a thong which was very standard and boring, nothing too pretty about it but it does the job. However, the dress itself is made of a lovely material and certainly feels a lot more expensive!

I found, being a slightly more curvy lady, that the areas between the bows showed more skin than I would have liked for a teasing outfit, because basically it stretched wide when I wore it. But I looked over this and wore it for my OH anyway.

It certainly did the job, complete with perfume, in starting a very nice evening! However, when it came to undressing you definitely had to be in a standing position! As the product doesn't open fully you were required to slide it off, either around the ankles or the head, which can make for some not so sexy situations if it gets stuck!

I am self-conscious about my boobs but the fact that this dress is halter neck means you can tie it that little bit tighter and it does a fantastic job at making my boobs look perkier!

Overall, a good product for the price, and I would recommend!

I bought this to surprise my OH. As mentioned in my review of the Diane set from the same company, I am bit confused about what to think about the sizing. I think with this one LH is about right its size 16, while with the other I am not so sure. This company is generally on the smaller end of sizing - although it claims on the box up to hips of 134 cm. But I am about 22cm. Less developed on hips and a few cm up and it would be too small. So had I been buying this in shop based on measurements I would get it wrong, as by that I should be 1 size down, which would be just too small. You may consider going 1 size up, especially if you are on the higher end of your size, if you want it more loose. The thong does not dip into my hips when worn.

The material feels very nice on the skin and it is very see-through. The babydoll seems to be well made. I did not find any flaws on it quality-wise. The detailing on the front makes you look sexy, especially as the ribbons leave a bit of skin visible, although I am still getting used to seeing my body dressed like this. I also like that there is more support for breasts than with the Diane set I tried. With this one you tie the ribbon behind your neck so you can "set" your breasts up so they get some support and look nicer. I am a size C. This also seems to be hiding the fact that one my breasts is lower than the other nicely. Also, it does hide a bit the fact that one is bigger than the other.

Overall, I am happy about this one. I am sure my partner will also enjoy seeing me with this on.
