I had tried the Extra Large version of this product before this one, and found the weighty, chilly sensation to be very entertaining. I wanted something to clutch me quite a bit tighter, mind you, so I opted to also try the medium!

The box it arrives in is a nice and small mock flight case of sorts. It isn't too subtle in how it's advertised on the box, however the stickers are easily removed. Upon opening, the ring and keys are encased in a little plastic bag, settled neatly into foam. When removed from the bag and placed into the foam again, the box makes for a very tidy presentation case, and I can fully see this being introduced during a kinky sort of scene in the box. It looks very professional.

Based on my girth, I knew this ring would be more of a struggle to fit, especially if I became aroused during the process. And do you know what my first thought was as I slipped half of the hinged metal ring around my most tender of areas was? No?

It was, "Ouch!"

Sadly, unlike the extra large I had ordered before, the metal surrounding the part of the ring that allows the padlock through wasn't quite as smooth as I would like. In fact, the corners are brutally sharp. This goes for the metal around the hinge too, meaning extra case is to be taken when slipping this on, so as not to pinch or catch any soft flesh!

As always, I checked the lock and key worked before slipping it into the cock ring and locking it into place. The lock is slightly cheap feeling, and very light, but does the job I guess.

And it works. Just like a cock ring should. My erections were stronger and certainly lasted longer, and my cock felt more sensitive as time went on. I also tested this as a daily use thing, to see how it would fare in a possible long term submission situation. This was slightly less than perfect. The ring held in place well even when flaccid, however what I didn't notice before when erect, was that the padlock doesn't hold the ring perfectly in place. The U is slightly too thin, and as a result, the ring can shift during normal use, meaning that both the hinge and the bottom part can pinch or nip at your flesh, which can ruin some of the erotic sensations. I have since purchased a slightly more substantial lock which has alleviated most of the issues with this, as well as adding some much needed weight, which increases how much you notice and feel this device.

Overall, which I enjoy this immensely, the slightly sharp construction and flimsy included padlock let it down.
