S-E-X Dice Game 3 out of 10 (1 review) Write your own review

This arrived in a discreet padded envelope in super-quick time and my first thoughts upon seeing the packaging was 'aww how cute'. It's mainly red with lots of hearts dotted about- ideal for a little Valentines gift.
The game itself is inside a (rather cheap) plastic tube with a sweet red heart lid on the top. The tube contains 3 coloured dice and 17 black 'chips'. The instructions are printed clearly on the back of the packaging. They are short and simple which is perfect as nobody wants their brain to be their hardest working organ during a sex game.
Personally I found the game to be quite boring; most of the dice combinations result in you having to steal chips from other players- too much rolling and not enough action! Only one combination (if the dice spell out S-E-X) results in you being able to act out the 'activities' on your chips...
...which brings me to my next point- the foreplay actions on the chips were rather unimaginative and bordering on bland. One or two were slightly school-boy-ish and made me giggle, for example "play tonsil hockey" or "rub genitals". Genitals?! Hardly erotic lingo...
On the other hand, at just over a fiver it might be worth popping one in your basket as a light-hearted little gift. Would be ideal for people looking for a bit of an ice-breaker in the bedroom or who's nervous about trying new things. Most of the chips suggest quite gentle foreplay actions that all give a great opening to explore someone's body, which I'm sure would naturally progress onto racier pastures...
I like the cute little tube which is nice and compact and will stop any pieces getting lost in action. But despite being a handy way to get things started, I imagine after a couple of plays not only will the need for it become completely redundant but it would probably get quite boring too. Perhaps it would be more fun to each make your own 'chips' containing personal wishes and fantasies...
- Cute novelty packaging, nice gentle ice-breaker.
- Boring after a while, takes fair few roles to get combination needed for 'action'.
- Bottom line
- Sweet novelty gift that may help getting things started, but that's it.
