Well, I bought one of these as my first vibrator. It's pretty powerful, though it requires quite large batteries, and the most annoying part is: they bang against the plastic sides, LOUDLY.
Even on the lower power levels, the batteries hit the sides, and I found it hard to stop the noise.
If you're desperate for a cheap toy, I'd go for this, as it's decent for the price, but upgrade to something quieter if you've got company round.
