      Deliberately placing ice on the most sensitive part of the body doesn't conjure up immediate visions of pleasure but rather than resulting in an embarrassing and panicked phonecall to NHS Direct, the Arctic Tickler was on hand to convert me into an advocate of all things of a sub-zero temperature.

      Warranting a few minutes of inspection due to its ornate and quirky design, it was then filled with water and placed in the freezer for a good few hours of preparation for its debut in the bedroom.
