Wow! These are heavy. I haven't had a vaginal birth but I do seem to have lost some muscle control so I decided to go for the heavy version instead of the regular balls.

I opened these as soon as they got delivered (the day after ordering - thank you LH!) and popped them in while I walked around the house doing chores. They were fairly easy to get in but the string does get in the way and scratches a bit. They felt pretty good. I started walking around but I couldn't really feel my muscles working. The balls weren't trying to escape but I thought maybe my muscles are stronger than I thought!

I kept them in for about an hour until I had to remove them to use the toilet. They were also easy to take out, with just a gentle pull on the string, out they popped. I rinsed them in the sink and noticed the string was full of residue and it was hard to wash off so I removed it completely.

After I'd done I put them back in and set off walking. Immediately I felt one trying to get out! I tried to squeeze it back it but it was no use. I reinserted it and set off again, keeping my muscles squeezed and it stayed in for a little while longer. It came out about 5 more times in the next half hour so my muscles aren't that strong after all. It must have been the string.

These arrived this morning, much to my excitement, I barely had time to slam the door on the postman before I ran upstairs to try them out.

Firstly I would recommend warming them under the hot tap beforehand as the metal was freezing when first inserted. They are a lot heavier and smaller than I had expected, which is probably good as I struggled to fit both inside myself (Though I haven't had any children so perhaps others wouldn't find this). Once I got them in place I had a little potter around the house and to my delight found myself really wet. I couldn't resist undressing and finishing myself off. When I climaxed they gave me a great full feeling.

As mentioned in previous reviews the nylon strings knots scratched somewhat and when I decided to walk to the shops I found it a little awkward having the 'finger bracelet' dangling out and tucked into my pants. When the time came to remove them I had no problem, however the string was, um a little wet.... This wasn't so pleasant and it was quite hard to wash. I decided to untie the string so as to clean inside the holes.

Personally I don't think I will reattach the string as it didn't seem to have much purpose and was mainly a hindrance. The balls themselves are fabulous though and I think they will fast become a favourite.

After two kids I decided I might need a little help in the muscle tone area and these were my choice- very aesthetically pleasing. When they arrived I had to try them straight away, they are quite heavy (although hollow) and didn't need much lubrication.

I had no problem getting them in, but keeping them in was another story! You notice your muscle tone a lot more as sneezing, coughing or laughing pushed the balls down Although they never actually came out, I found myself preoccupied with trying to "suck them back in" much to my family's confusion (why is mummy glazing over?). They did give me a hightened sense of sexual tension, probably because I was thinking about them so often.

I was sceptical when I bought this product as I had never purchased anything like this before. I decided to try this product as I have had 1 child and have experienced some erm, difference during lovemaking...

When it arrived I tried it straight away. The huge metal hoop had to be removed as this was uncomfortable and impossible to hide!

The balls were easy to insert and easy to keep inside. They really do work out the muscles and after using for a few hours 3 or 4 times a week I definitely felt a difference, let me put it that way!

Some people had reported feeling the balls bang together. I definitely didn't feel that or anything remotely sexual when using the balls themselves. This product had the desired effect, however I found it impossible to keep the string clean and it started to smell after a few uses. I also noticed that the sting inside the balls had gone rusty! I really don't feel like using a rusty and smelly 'toy' so had to throw them away! A real shame as otherwise this product was great. I think I'll use plastic balls next time.
