Aggressive Andy doesn't quite make the grade, but continues to push her buttons in other areas, while uptight and utterly repressed Gabriel can't quite take Madison's training techniques.

I can summarise this book in one word - awesome. It has Stein's mark all over it - it's easy to read, flows well, is funny in places and of course is damn sexy. To me, it feels like a different take on threesomes and submission and domination games. It's like all three of those things - but with heart. There are feelings involved as well as body parts and this is what makes this book such a fabulous read. It's got a brilliant storyline as well as erotic sex scenes, and I recommend it to any fan of contemporary erotica.
- It's funny and sexy!
- Bottom line
- Fantastic - sex games with heart.

Take a shy guy, a confident guy and a girl

I'd had this on my wishlist for a little while and had read other reviews giving it very high scores. Whilst this is a good book I think possibly it's not my 'type' of book so it doesn't score quite so highly; I'll explain why.
The book features a female called Madison and two polar opposites in the male species, Gabe (shy guy) and Andy (confident guy).
Personally, I prefer the male to take control but it is Madison who is taking control in this book. Well attempts to anyway, but I don't think she really knows what she's doing so you take a bit of an exploration with her.
The book had a quick start with sex being amongst the first few pages - good start!
And it sets the scene of what's going on but I think the biggest problem I found with this book is that nothing really happened. There wasn't much of a theme running through the book, no background storyline to keep me entertained. There were nuances of their past lives threaded throughout the book but nothing much to keep my interest.
And, in my opinion, I didn't find enough variation in sex scenes throughout the book; and not enough of them although they were quite descriptive. In fact throughout the book, the author is quite descriptive in non-sex related activities too, which, at times also made me lose interest. (But not for long).
Now I don't want sex on every page but at times I felt like shouting "man up and move on, get to the sex!". Perhaps it's more of a reflection on the books I've read previously (think Fredrica Alleyn and Lora Leigh) but I just felt frustrated at times.
The book is well written (I spotted a few spelling and grammatical mistakes but that's much better than Lora Leigh's books!) and does give good descriptions of the sex scenes and it certainly had the desired effect on me, which, let's face it, is what you're looking for!
Sometimes when reading erotica books there are alternative words for various things - rutting, her sex, snatch and something else I can't remember. A few were annoying... just say fucking for goodness sake (which it does in lots and lots of places so can't complain too much). I don't like it when authors don't just use the words we all know; don't flower it up and attempt to find alternative words.
Nothing in the book was 'too much' or a turn off. If anything, I personally, could have done with it being more *raw* and edgy. As I said, I much prefer my man to take charge so, in my opinion, this book didn't 'do' it for me.
I've come across many erotica books that I simply couldn't put down; but this is put down-able. Not at the beginning of the book but towards the end.
All in all, I think if your style is submissive male with dominant male with a woman exploring and a threesome thrown in then this book is for you! If you want raw, edgy and fast then this is probably not the book for you.
- Some nice descriptive sex scenes.
- Took a while for parts to 'warm up'.
- Bottom line
- Not for me but a worthwhile read.
