These were bought for me as a gift in the black, and despite being a cheap token, they are incredibly good value.

I love the look of pretty tights and stockings, but often wear pants, or skirts that are so long that only decorations at the ankle can be seen. These are like medium-thickness silky stockings or tights. They feel very soft and cool, and are perfectly opaque even when stretched out, so they look like thin little socks. The lacy tops and bows are a fun decoration, making them look a lot more girly and delicate when paired with short pants, and under a long skirt, they look plain until a step flashes a cheeky peep of cuteness. The tops are also quite secure, with them not slipping and sagging, and all without any elastic to leave horrid markings.

Although, due to the shiny smoothness, they do tend to slide a bit on a tiled floor or in shoes. That's easily countered with the hairspray trick: get the cheapest hairspray you can, squirt a good chunk on the soles of your feet after putting on the socks (or any tights or stockings), and it'll increase the friction so that you don't slide about. So that's the only flaw with them sorted no bother!

These are made of the same material as opaque nylon tights with an elasticised hold up top and single seam at the toes. The nylon material makes them quite slippery and do make you feet sweat ever so slightly but that is not a massive problem. They are very opaque, making them look like little ankle socks rather than thin pop-socks and the lace is sewn on very securely in a double row.

The ends of the lace however only overlap and are not sewn together or over locked, meaning they can fray a little.

The bows are made of a satiny material and are glued on but it does not seem like they might easily come detached. They do however get a little bent out of shape while in storage.

Overall, the are good value for money and a lovely addition to any outfit; especial if you are aiming for that little girl look.

I purchased these as I always forget about socks/stockings when I'm putting together a sexy outfit! These ankle socks are a cute yet sexy addition to an everyday outfit or lingerie in the bedroom.

I would describe the ankle socks as more like a pair of thick opaque pop-socks. Although they are much nicer than your average pair! The material seems to be really high quality and is yet to show any signs of wear and tear.

I purchased the black pair and found they work really well under work trousers. They add an extra sexy touch to your everyday office outfit! I also love to wear them in combination with some sexy lingerie for my boyfriend. I think they look amazing when worn with a lovely white and black cami set I own! I think they would be perfect for someone who has not yet got the confidence to wear stockings but wants to accessorise their sexy lingerie.

Despite being opaque and described as socks, they have a really airy feel to them and do not make you sweat like other nylon tights. The material is super soft and smooth which makes them great for wearing everyday!
