Sheer Spider Web Gloves perfect for Halloween

I bought these gloves for a Halloween party to go with a witch's outfit. I love the feel of these gloves, they are well worth the money. However I am not sure I will ever wear them again as they are really for Halloween or more gothic styles.

Packaging - These gloves come in simple plastic packaging with an easy to open and re-seal top. The cardboard insert states what the product is and shows someone wearing the gloves. The packaging is totally cringe-free and great for storing your gloves in.

Looks - The gloves are made of a sheer nylon material with darker lines for spider webs sewn in. The spider webs are very nice, simple yet gothic without being too much. They look better than in the picture.

Fit - It is sometimes very hard to find gloves if you are not blessed with small arms. I often have this problem. However due to the nature of the material, the gloves stretch like tights and so there really isn't a limit to who can wear these. When they are stretched, they keep their web shapes and do not look like a mess. It takes a little while to get used to the feel of nylon on your arms but after 10 minutes or so I didn't know I had them on. However due to the material being able to stretch, these didn't stay up as well as I had hoped. They weren't always falling down but ever 15 minutes or so I had to pull them back up.

Quality - I brought these for a Halloween party and for £5 I wasn't expecting much. However I am pleased to say that these gloves really step up to the mark. They stretch but go back. After all evening dancing in these gloves and not really paying attention to them, they have no ladders at all which is great.

Overall - I was very pleased with the quality of the material, the packaging and the stretchiness. They are well worth the £5. However, after wearing these once for a Halloween party, I am not so sure I will be wearing these again as they don't really work for my everyday wardrobe. That being said, for someone who wears more dark and gothic clothes, these would be perfect. I also had to pull them up a few times as well.

Not Sheer Enough

I bought these as a surprise gift for the Mrs as they looked very sexy in the photo.

She wore them for a private erotic photo shoot. Unfortunately we found them to be made of quite thick material so even though they are transparent you can't really see too much flesh colour through them, even though she stretched them almost up to the top of her arms.

Because of this lack of contrast between the spider web pattern and the rest of the material the pattern isn't really noticeable.

She will use them again but they don't have much wow factor.
