To fit, the key holder should place the penis into the shaft of the cage with the outer ring wide open. Once in place, the ring can be adjusted to the perfect fit and the pin clipped into place through the appropriate setting before fitting the padlock or a plastic lock.

This cage is composite of five pieces -

Cock cage - a singular piece that fits over the penis. Measures 5.5 inches long following the top curve and 5.25 inches in circumference. This sits approximately 0.5 inches away from the scrotal ring which pivots for the best fit without trapping skin.

Scrotal ring - this holds the device in place and is adjustable for a gap measuring from 1.5 inches wide x 2 inches high to 2.1" high x 2.1 inches wide.

The pin - this slots through the scrotal ring then through the cage, holding the two pieces together. A hole in the end of the pin (that sits above the cock cage) is for placing a padlock or plastic lock through to secure the device.
