Exposed Pinstripe Underwire Bra and Shorts Set

Beautiful but impractical

This comes as part of a set and you need to be a small/medium/large in all areas to fit this product completely. I'm a size 10 with size 32D breasts, and the bottoms fitted perfectly but the top doesn't. The cup sizes are small for someone of my size, although the back strap is a little loose so when doing the usual bra dances when you try it on, I fall out. You can tighten considerably, obviously, but then the wire ends up over your breast, not on your chest.

Trouble is the bottoms fit perfectly and if I want to exchange it I would have to exchange the whole set.

I love the look and feel of it anyway so I plan to alter it to have cross over straps so that my breasts are held in place more securely.

The material is a very soft mesh compared to most so it seems it will be comfy for a decent period of time. It's also comfy in all those potential sore places, under the arms etc. However there is a panel in the front of the pants that it a little scratchy so I plan to try and sow something on there as well.

Why am I altering and not just sending them back? It's a very good looking set and I struggle to find comfy thin mesh type underwear, or comfy underwear in general for that matter, so I think it will be perfect with a few alterations.

If you are small and have small breasts, I'd say a B cup, maybe even a C cup this would probably be a lot better for you.

Not such a big turn-on

I bought this thinking the better half would look hot in it, showing off her beautiful ass and breasts.

When we got it home the box had been crushed, probably by the post person trying to squeeze it through the letterbox and failing.

On opening the plastic packing inside there wasn't much to see, but she tried it on anyway.

For a large size (16-18) it looked like the shorts had just been upscaled, loosing any resemblance to the image on the site.

As for the bra, it was even worse of a fit as we couldn't even get it closed at the back. It is as if the designers didn't consider the requirements of a fuller figure?

Overall, a disappointment, but I guess we should have realised as the brand don't appear to have larger sizes in the rest of the range.

We would have considered replacing it for the bigger size but the fit wasn't right on the large (16-18) so would have looked worse in an XL (20-22).

Lovehoney returns were great and we sent it back with ease. It's good to have that you have that piece of mind when trying something new.
