As it states, the book does contain 365 sexual positions, including anal and oral position ideas too.

Each position is illustrated with colour photos - no hand-drawn designs in this book!! And each position has tips at the bottom of the page. Some of the tips are for how to make it work better i.e. where to position hands and feet, and other tips are ideas of places where these positions work best i.e. sex inside a sleeping bag when camping!!

There is a quick reference guide at the back of the book which gives you position numbers dependent upon what type of sex you are looking for: fast & furious, slow & sensual, acrobatics, sexercise, romance, impromtu encounters, funny & frisky, and nice & easy.

Only downside I found is that some of the positions are quite similar to each other, but all in all it's a book that will stay pride of place on my bookshelf!

The book is a handy size with good visual pics, which makes it easy and a reasonable price.

BUT a lot of the positions are repeated and just have another name and others are so complicated you need to be a gymnast or yoga master. Personally a good copy of the Karma Sutra probably would be a better buy!
