Bondage doesn't have to stop at just cuffs and restraints. This stainless steel head ring sits just below the glans of the penis, with the smooth spherical stopper inserted into the urethra, creating intense internal sensations and enhanced erections.
Incredibly enjoyable, this head ring with Sperm Stopper is perfect for kinky play and suitable for use during sex too.
The set includes one ring measuring 0.8 inches in diameter, that is designed to fit beneath the head of your cock when it's soft. When you're ready, gently pull the ring open until you can fit the hinge of the stopper in place.
Slip the Head Ring on when flaccid and position the hinge so it's on the underside of your penis, resting against the frenulum.
Once the excitement begins, you can insert the 0.25 inch diameter Sperm Stopper sphere into the urethra and enjoy the uniquely intense sensations!
Not only does it stimulate the ultra sensitive urethra with each and every touch but it also makes the head of the penis bigger and harder for even more torturously teasing fun!
True to its name, the smooth stopper helps to delay ejaculation and prolong orgasm as well. Great for edging!
Suitable for both natural and circumcised cocks.
Made of 0.2mm thick surgical steel.

My wife added this to her LH wish list after it showed up in the "other items you may be interested in" feature.
When she showed me, I think I went a bit white at the thought of it! I've had numerous operations over the last few years and the insertion/removal of a catheter was never pleasant, and that came to mind when she showed me this!
It took me a couple of weeks to pluck up the courage to try it and I'm glad I did!
I ordered it yesterday and it arrived this morning (usual excellent service from LH!). My first impressions were that the ring was too small and the 'stopper' too large, but a bit of lube proved me wrong on that and it fit comfortably.
The only way I can describe the sensations is mind-blowing. I've never felt anything like it and I can see it being used on a very regular basis!
If, like me, you're a bit nervous about trying this type of thing, take my advice and just go for it. I promise you, you won't regret it!
- The sensations it causes are unbelievable!
- The price is a bit steep.
- Bottom line
- This is going to get used a lot! Possibly the best item I've purchased!

Urethral Play for Beginners

Okay, let's start off by dispelling any myths...
This is *not* a chastity device, it does *not* prevent orgasm and it will not stop you ejaculating.
There, that's better. Now I can begin the proper review. I'm sure none of you all actually thought it was a real chastity device though, eh.
Anyway, this toy is a combination of two products in one. It's a head ring that attaches to a 'sperm stopper', which is a small stainless steel ball bearing on the end of a tiny steel tube. Other than the stopper, it is all superbly crafted from tiny, but sturdy surgical steel.
Slipping on the toy is easy, but I'd recommend experimenting a little with it. It's designed so that the glans/head ring rests with the hinge against the frenulum (the sweet spot on the underside of the penis). However, I have found it more comfortable the other way around. It's all down to personal preference, however, and can be used either way. It's easiest to slip on when semi-hard. Too flaccid and it may fall off, too erect and it may hurt.
Once the ring is in place, simply insert the stopper slowly into the urethra. I haven't had to use any lubricant as by the time I've used it my Cowper's gland has already produced a significant amount of 'pre-cum', but you can use a little water-based lube, if you need to. If you're unsure, use lube anyway. ALWAYS err on the side of caution when it comes to lubrication. As a side note, if you're putting this on an uncircumcised penis (like mine) then you may want to pull the foreskin back first. It's not essential, but for me it feels better.
Once in place, the sensations are amazing. I first tried this with my partner and as soon as I slipped the stopper in every touch of her's was intense. Touching the head of my penis when I'm wearing it feels different (in a good way) and stroking the shaft made the head expand, which in turn heightened the sensations. A combination of them both made my eyes roll back into my head. After playing for a while, when I was brought to orgasm it felt different, but in a good way. I was very conscious of the metal ball in my urethra, but the combination of that and the head ring seemed to intensify everything. I've used it many times now, on my own and with my partner, and it's the same every time.
Downsides? None really, although if you or your partner are too vigorous then it may come off. For this reason, I'd be wary of penetrative sex with it on. I haven't tried it and wouldn't recommend it. Other than that, it's great. It's a finely crafted, body safe, easy to clean product that's a lot of fun to use.
What I will say is that using this has made me want to try more toys of a similar nature. I now want to try a couple more glans rings (one in particular that has a ball for frenulum stimulation) and I also want to try urethral sounding as I've heard the sensation of being stroked whilst sounded is like no other.
If you've never tried this kind of stimulation before then this is a good place to start.
- Build quality, material, sensations received.
- Bottom line
- Great beginners urethral toy.

Not bad, I guess

So, I was sent this as a review item (how exciting!) and I must say, on first look it seemed pretty good. Nice finish, good quality and all that. Hinge with the actual stopper was a bit stiff, but nothing too serious.
The first time I tried it on, I couldn't get to an orgasm for some reason. It was more like it got in the way while stroking. The stopper slipped in pretty nice but I didn't really notice it that much. It served mostly to stop me taking it off. Tip: use more lube than you think.
I tried again later that night, and that time I did manage to get to orgasm. Because the tip had restricted blood flow due to the ring, it heightened the sensation of the ball sitting in my urethra, and the two together made for a pretty damn good orgasm. I just tried it again in combination with an anal toy, and that was even better.
However, the price. I was sent this as a review item, but I honestly don't think I'd have bought it for a third of what it cost. I know I'm usually a cheapskate, but £50 for this just doesn't cut it for me.
- It's well made and does its job pretty well.
- The price would be really prohibitive for me.
- Bottom line
- Too expensive for what it is, but what it is isn't at all bad.
