I have never indulged in anal sex or play but having been encouraged to give it a go I looked for a beginners toy.

This was on Deal of the Day and seemed a very good starting point as I thought the larger models looked very off putting!

It arrived very quickly and in the usual perfect Lovehoney packaging. Once out of the packaging - which by the way is very easy to open and not wrestling with impossible and frustrating plastic seals! - it was lovely to touch and beautifully soft silicone, in no way intimidating and none of the rubbery smell you can get with some toys.

I had chosen the pink version and it's just so cute!

So how was it to use... Well my first anal toy so I went very slowly and used plenty of lube, this plug is very small at the tapered end so easily slips in once gentle pressure applied (and the vital lube!).

Took a little longer to put the wider part in but as I said it really is very small and there was no pain whatsoever. To me as a newbie if felt really good but without the stretch or pressure I was expecting.

The only downside is if you use a toy or have penetrative sex it does slip out a bit too easily. To be honest by that point it wasn't an issue but could be frustrating.

The ring pull at the end is very easy to hold even with tons of lube, although I would have preferred a larger base as with too much pressure you could lose the whole thing!

All in all a great purchase at a great price for a beginners toy. I may out grow it pretty quickly but it was still a worthy investment and I would recommend for anyone just starting to contemplate anal play.
