      This is the first flogger I ever owned, and it is lovely. I ordered it in black, myself, and it looked fantastic. The suede is beautiful and soft, and it's useful for a decent range of things. No matter how hard you hit, you're not going to get a lasting mark. This is particularly reassuring if your partner isn't entirely sure what they're doing - you know they're not going to accidentally break the skin! A very hard hit will only result in a very light red glow at best.

      On that note, however, I would say that it's not ideal for somebody looking for something more "hardcore". It doesn't really pack a punch and is very much aimed at gentle play, or a gateway to something harder.

      It also doesn't last very long, but that should be expected at £12! Nearly two years on, my flogger still works fine, but I'm starting to see bald patched in the suede on the handle and at the tips of the strips. For the price, though, it isn't a big deal to buy a new one every other year.
