This is a good little guide for if you're just getting to know sexuality for the first time or if you just want to go over the basics on a refreshers course. It also dips into things like mental foreplay - something I've not seen much of during my adventures into sex guides.

A good focus on how important kissing is... especially for women, a good introduction into physical foreplay for both couples and if you want to go solo. This book also runs through the more basic positions and explains which is best for what moment and even dips its toes into helping you carry out your fantasies, starting from role play and extending into group sex and bondage with a good guide to sex toys slapped on the top.

This book hits pretty much every note to cover most of what anybody needs to know. I don't regret buying this as it's always helpful in the aid of refreshing my more daring side!
