Nippies Rio Nipple Pasties Twin Pack

I had been looking at various websites for nipple covers (including Bristol6) recently, and was so pleased to find them on Lovehoney that I decided to buy a pack of the pinky purple hearts for special occasions.

I wore them for the first time last night out clubbing for a friends 21st, as my dress was strapless and I didn't quite trust it not to slip down mid-groove - how right I was!

Firstly, the quality of the nippies is amazing, they're very delicate and the intricate detail of the sequins and lace ones look stunning. They're a bit tricky to maneuver at first; as I was sticking one down, the top edge of the heart was stuck to the sticky backing causing it to tear the edge slightly, but pulling them apart slowly and carefully limits the damage done and is not at all noticeable.

The instructions say to pull the bottom part of the backing off first to stick it on the lower part of your nipple then to do the top part, but the sticky backing is split down the middle vertically and you also need to position the soft white nipple covers that protect them under the nippies While you're doing this, so this was a bit too fiddly - I just ended up pulling off all the backing, placing the white covers in the middle, and then carefully sticking it all down.

The little butterfly mini-nippies are much easier to put on! I put my matching one on my shoulder blade, they're a nice touch!

The end result, after all this, is gorgeous. I had my boyfriend taking lots of pictures of us with me wearing just my nippies and some panties, so we'll remember how lovely they looked that night forever!

While we were out, I even got to flash them to some strangers, wearing them made me feel more mischievous and I loved showing them off! When it comes to wearing my second pair I'll be sure to wear something see through, they're too lovely to keep covered up!

The instructions say to leave them on between 6 and 8 hours, but I've only just taken mine off nearly 24hours later, they're incredibly comfortable like a second skin and stay on through dancing, sweating, and whatever else! I was quite sad to see them go, and they do smart a bit to remove, like a plaster (again, slow and careful maneuvering to avoid ruining their lovely shape), but I've stuck them to a picture of me and my boyfriend so they're always there as a reminder of a brilliant night!

I'm definitely ordering more of these soon!
