This book is the Bible of Fisting. It is effectively divided into two parts, with a few extras in between. The first part focuses on vaginal fisting and the second part discusses anal fisting. The extras (which apply to both vaginal and anal fisting) include 'preparation with dildos and other sex toys', 'Lesbian fisting practices', 'Precautions', Personal hygiene, etc.

Do not expect to read academic verbalism in this book! The book is fun to read; nonetheless, the topic is approached in a serious and professional manner. The discussion is fluid and the information is provided in great detail. The instructions about 'how-to' are given in a step-by-step format and where necessary the text is accompanied by drawings which enhance the reading experience. A number of 'fisting stories' are also provided at the end of each chapter; these are written by individuals who experienced fisting either by giving it or by receiving it.

The book is appropriate for both beginners and improvers. As a fisting professional (I have been practising fisting in the last 7 years) I read this book with great pleasure and no taboos. Yet it is surprising how little I knew about this topic before I read this book. Moreover, if you are a beginner in fisting, you must read this book as it has much solid advice to offer to you and your partner. Remember that fisting, when practised with care, can in fact skyrocket your sexual life.

Offer this book as a gift to your partner if he/she is not sure about practising fisting yet. There is nothing 'monstrous' about this book to make them panic about fisting and it will help them evaluate the situation and become more 'open' about the topic.

Did I mention that reading this book functions as an aphrodisiac? The moment you read something you will be desperate to take action. Happy reading and happy fisting then!
