      I always wanted a freaky looking dental gag and when it arrived I was in awe. Its freaky yet beautiful.

      As soon as I took it out the box I was trying it on.

      It stretched the mouth to how you far you want it. Its easy to use.

      Its not the most comfortable thing in the world and will make you drool but it looks divine and easy to clean.

    1. Amazing for medical fetishists

      I've been into all things medical fetish for a few years, and wanted to expand the variety of toys I had to play with. After looking for a medical-style gag for a while, I totally fell in love with this when I saw it!

      The design is very sturdy metal, well made, and with no sharp or rough edges, feels really safe in the mouth. The double sided ratchet mechanism seemed to make this gag a little more balanced than a Jennings gag, which is great.

      The gag opens the mouth as wide (or not!) as you'd like, and definitely wide enough to use for oral sex, so is great to use right from foreplay. Ideal for sub/dom medical fetish enthusiasts!

      My only complaint with the gag is that the opening mechanism can be a bit jerky, which can feel scary the first few times you use it, but I soon got used to it! I don't think this gag would be a good option for those new to ratchet gags - it's quite wide opening with an aggressive opening mechanism. For those with a bit more experience however, it's incredible ;)

      This looks the part and we were quite excited to receive it. It certainly works, but in practice, to widen the mouth enough to stop the sub being able to push it out, the metal presses hard into the teeth.

      Make no mistake, this is a medical instrument. We both felt there was too much danger to the teeth to wear it for long. Our advice is use a strap of some kind to keep it in place in the mouth and not to open it so wide. Or to save it for a short stint. Ideally, this needs a rubber or foam coating.
